Clean rooms, nice staff. Only small complaint is the walls are a little thin.

It was clean, location was great, staff was friendly. Hubby was impressed with the sanitized remote.

Staff were all very friendly, effficient, and helpful. Appeared to be one of the nicest properties in the area. Clean, updates, grounds well kept. They served delicious breakfast burritos in the morning Sat when we were there (even though when I booked online It said no breakfast) and there were apples, rolls, packaged muffins available for our kids. Bonus.

A very well kept property with great staff and a very good restaurant.

This is a great hotel. Competent staff. Welcoming lobby. Nice workout room with good and working equipment.(other hotels should take note) A wonderful hot breakfast right next door. Clean comfortable room. The pool/hot tub looked really inviting. Would have used both but didn’t want to walk back to room with wet swimwear. (Maybe we missed the place to change real quick into something dry as to not get cold). Will stay here again.

I make this trip often and always stay at this hotel and it makes each trip a more pleasant experience.

It’s always a pleasant experience at this great hotel.

Wonderful, friendly front desk staff. Close to a nice park and cute, historic Boulder City downtown

Nice little hotel for the price and very close to dam. This was stay while we went from Vegas to Grand Canyon so a good break from all those parking issues

It was a great experience and the room was really clean

The location, hospitality and quality of the facility are all equally and exceptionally pleasant each time I stay here. I plan to continue to stay at this hotel during future trips to BC.

The hotel was nice and clean.I liked the wood floor and modern furniture. They had a to go breakfast you can pick up in front desk.

I gotta say Boulder City was nice Experience. This hotel room was just a little tight for the 4 of us and that is the closest to any negative that I will say. Everything else was very nice. The night Desk Woman (she is an energetic and motherly type who you would wish was your next door neighbor) was so exceptionally professional and nice that I will always remember her. The room was clean and nice and looked as if it had been updated in the last year or 2 nothing frayed or worn. We arrived at about 1am from the East so we still woke up kind of early because we are from the Earlier eastern time zone. We got up and walked through this Historic Town that was the epicenter of the building of the Hoover Dam. It seems to be a town that is working hard to give a good experience to visitors and that work is paying off. They streets have a nice and varied array of well designed and well proportioned statues and artwork. Some are historical, some are whimsical and all are well received. We had breakfast at the Coffee Cup and all the locals eat there as well as the tourists: this place is just about the best Breakfast place that you could ever go to in the USA. I am not going to elaborate on it, either you believe me or you don't....If you like breakfast go there. Climb the stairs and the hill at the Eastern side of Town and you can see Lake mead from a distance. Boulder City the seems like a nice place to live as the locals look strong.

I highly recommend this Hotel. It’s close to all the attractions without the hustle and bustle of Vegas.

Staff went way out of their way to help us. We needed a handicap room which was very nice. I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff is great. Chris made my trip great from the time I called her. She knew everything about everything. She allowed me to use their computer lab which is free to use for all guest and is setup professionally. Jeff was great too. I've never seen someone active in every aspects of the hotel from guest, to front desk and the maintenance. This place is lovely and worth the drive. Initially, when we were driving to the location it was a 45 minutes’ drive from the city. You can see more and more land and fewer casinos. However, we never knew that would make us love this place even more. We came to Vegas to shop and eat not gamble. The rooms are spacious. While in the city we stayed in a timeshare; the room was so small and no housekeeper, no elevator or even coffee at the counter. Best Western Hoover dam is cooler heat wise than the city too, at night everyone is safety tucked, but the police is always out ensuring this city stays peaceful.

Stay was great and amenities near by. Had pool and hot tub available.
