If you enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke, this may be the place for you. Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk to check us in. We waited 45 minutes to be checked in. This was when we arrived at 11:00 pm and were very tired after getting off a flight that arrived late. Our room was dingy and in serious need of being modernized. There was insufficient lighting in the room. The pillows on the bed were as hard as bags of sand. Literally the hardest pillows I have ever encountered. This hotel was a terrible start to our otherwise wonderful vacation in the Southwest.

Booked hotel for hot tub, but it was closed as it was not working. Also orbitz ad offered a complimentary breakfast, but there was none.

Room very poor. Window facing a back lot and out building.

The property was older, but well-kept. The ventilation was good.

Only one restaurant and both the service and food quality was below par.

We chose the lodge for its location, and that was fine. Rooms have been updated fairly recently, although the improvements seem a bit superficial. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and it was reasonably quiet. Complementary snacks were also appreciated. The biggest negative was the casino downstairs, with a lingering smell of smoke that thankfully didn't follow you up to the higher floors.

I was surprised at the large room, the nice quality of the decor and the bathroom. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

The main complaint goes to Front Desk, specially Anastasia. She did NOT greet us on our check in nor check out. She didn't even make eye contact. Barely opened her month to speak and do not even respond to a "Good Morning". It was a horrible start. Other than that the rest of the staff was very nice and made it possible for us to enjoy our stay.

Problems with room key not unlocking door Had to go down to front desk three times To get different keys Finally maintenance came up and had similar results Then moved us to another room Rooms are outdated and locks need revamped or changed or definitely improved

Love the location over looking Lake Mead. Hotel staff was friendly and accomidating. Will stay here again.

Great place, 5 min to the Hoover Dam. Clean room and fine staff but in the lobby/casino it still stank of tobacco as in a cheap hotel. Would book again.

Great stay and perfect proximity for kayaking. No issues!

It was a decent room with a nice view of the lake. The staff members I interacted with were friendly and efficient. It was clean and in decent, though not great, shape.

Much better than expected, facility in good shape with a very friendly staff. Casino was fun with many food choices, beautiful view of Lake Mead.

Staff is excellent. Room very nice. Would stay again.

Nice location. Everyone was very professional and wiling to go the extra mile to make us feel welcome.

I loved the hotel! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and great food! The only issue I had was trying to get into my room. The key card just didn't want to work. Took me a few minutes to finally get it open.

Nice place to stay! Great Lake view. Would come back.

Enjoyed quiet stay here for 1 night. Clean room and friendly staff.
