Very nice staff. I liked the snacks at the bar and each little casino had peanuts chocolate and candy in little bowls for every walk, which was cool. Not many options for food. Hotel is older school not too fancy but pretty cool. Would stay there again. just wish it was a little less smoky.

Hotel smelled of smoke. Felt like we were in the 70s again. Old, needs updating unless that’s the vibe you are going for. But not booked and the restaurants were empty and food not great. That being said the staff seemed to be dealing with all this very well and really compensated for the hotel drawback. It’s your staff that make this place Humm and should be celebrated!

Terrible stay. I was there for about an hour and a half sitting at the desk doing my paperwork on my computer when from the mirror, I saw something black moving on the bed. A relatively large bug was moving across the bed. I went downstairs and immediately asked for a refund/checkout. After everything was said and done, they only refunded me for one night out of the two even though I only stayed there about an hour and a half. Don’t use Expedia. Don’t go to this hotel. They do not give proper refunds based on situations.

Staff was nice. Lodge is very outdated. The Bighorn Cafe which was so good and had great choice of food is no longer in the hotel. That was disappointing. Even if you were just sitting up at the bar and don't gamble they won't serve you another drink until 30 minutes later. Not very busy so it was quiet. Great location to the dam. Great view out your bedroom window.
