Convenient to restaurants and other casinos. There staff was very helpful and i was just happy with the location. The hotel was old and had a lots leaks as well the other hotels we visited. But i will do my homework next timem
It was a nice hotel stay. Loved the look of it only thing we couldn't get into the swimming pool area our key wouldn't open the door.
Carpet in room hallways needs to go. Very stinky.

Only one chair in the room. Heater didn’t work very well. Lamps only worked at times Bed and pillows were very good. Over all it was a good stay.
Great view if you get a Riverview, not one single gambling table is open late night but also can't blame them for it being slow on weekdays. Weekday traffic stays at Don Laughlin's Riverside but can't beat the price at Colorado Belle. Not much to do if you have kids, everything is sorta walking distance; side note: would be cool if the D Deck would be open to tourism even if it's all abandoned. Only reason I found out about this was over a video on YouTube, 2 weeks ago.
I maybe I shouldn’t be so critical, we just stayed the month that cleaning is Not a priority for them. The same trash was on the floor in the hallways and elevators when we left that was there when we arrived.
Cannot think of anything unique; used to have a great restaurant, now only serves buffets. Used to have several different restaurants and ambiance on the second floor, all gone now. Building used to be cleaner in both rooms and hallways; it now looks quite unkempt and trashy. Finally, plumbing in bathroom not working; called the front desk and did not receive customer satisfaction or repairs to enable us to use the shower and other plumbing fixtures. Coffee machines would not work in the bathroom as outlets were non-functioning. Even the advertised use of weight/fitness room was unable to be used as the door was not able to be opened by customers or staff. All of the above was "to be fixed right away" according to the front desk. Cara at front desk stated maintenance would be up within 10 minutes for flooding shower stall; no one ever arrived. We finally left.

The property really needs to be updated. The carpet was dirty and everything was dusty.
This place could use a major cleaning. The carpets are dirty and the elevators are disgusting.
The rooms were old and dirty. We had used coffee cups in the room so we couldn’t have coffee and all of the staff we interacted with was not pleasant at all
