Attentive staff and the large gaming space was clean and active, albeit smoky from the cigarettes so many players on the floor were having. Room, was visually pleasing at first. But the more time inside it, the more things I found that were wrong: broken curtains, broken light bulbs, beer can under desk chair, bathroom towels used from prior occupants missed… ugh. Housekeeping needs an overhaul!

We hadn’t planned to stay at this property had a bit too much to drink and had to book a room last minute. It was easy to get a room. The room was clean and the staff was nice. The cafe was amazing and the prices were great.
The river
The last few times I have stayed here there has been a terrible odor of raw sewage, especially in the Arizona Tower. Specifically on the 4th floor during our most recent stay. Bad enough to consider staying ElseWare on our next trip. The band in the Splash lounge over the Super Bowl weekend was the best cover band I have ever seen. They were very engaging, authentic and good.

Stayed here many times in the past because it used to be one of the nicer hotels. Like everything else in Laughlin, it has gone downhill. I'm sure since the PLANdemic, it's difficult to get and keep employees. But I noticed that the bedside lamps had dust on them and we found a bungee cord tucked in the chair. In the bathroom, my gf found long black hairs in the tub/shower and the following morning during showers, the inside part of the shower curtain has mold on it. Bed was just ok, tv remote partially worked, unable to get to the menu. You'd think with the technology available today that the tv's would be a nice clear picture. I've always had pretty good luck in the casino here, but nothing paid off. Maybe it's time to cross Laughlin off my list.

The room was dirty including carpets and the middle night stand. The room was freezing. Maintenance was called and never came. The valet was exceedingly rude and condescending. I checked out of the room after only a few hours because the temperature and uncleanliness. Hotel staff wouldn’t help us find a new room. Won’t be returning.
Clean, nice rooms. Upgraded to a king room with river views. Can’t beat the rates!
Id like to say nice things but this experience does not rate well. Smokey smell even in non smoking floor on 18th level, typical casino. Food at or slighly below average.

Nice staff casino area very nice , room older but clean had problem with air but they fixed it right away really awesome maintenance staff , front desk staff very nice .had a good time . Pleasant stay
I didn’t like it that when we got to the hotel, the bathroom was dirty and when we took a shower the water was leaking outside the tub.
