Except for Chelsea the waitress at Aquarius Cafe no one showed the slightest bit of friendliness or courtesy. Not even a smile. This includes checking in and the restaurant cashier.

The view was beautiful. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are very helpful. The hotel was nice, but could definitely use some upgrading. It was at least clean and the bed was very comfortable. The cafe also needs upgrading and more breakfast items, but for the prices it worked.

A BIT DATED

Dated and tatty and not that clean. Aircon controls look like they should be in a museum. Tatty furniture. We refused to pay resort fee for one night as our room wasn’t serviced. On the plus side our room had a good view of the Colorado. Nothing in Laughlin, even the outlet shopping centre had closed down. One of the nearby hotels is derelict.

Parking lot elevators were dirty. Towels were strewn around corners & trash was full. Elevator doors banged really loud when closing, and unsafe. Entrance from the garage smelled of sewer which carried inside. Disappointed that there were no usb for use in the room. Paid a resort fee but the pool was closed for our entire stay. The one good thing was that I chose a room with the river view. This made our stay bearable.

The casino was so smoky it was nearly unbearable. Please expand the nonsmoking areas. The elevators were dirty as were the windows in our room. The room was comfortable.
