The beds are comfortable. We love Golden Nugget properties. Very clean and immaculate. Although the property is a bit outdated, the cleanliness factor is good. The customer service is excellent and housekeeping is responsive to my needs.

I always liked staying at the Golden Nugget. I mean it's an older hotel so I know what I'm getting, but the front desk staff is always nice and the price is reasonable. I usually like to play the tables or the electronic poker at the bar, but this time around it seemed like the dealers/bar tenders weren't as friendly as usual. If the dealers fun then people will continue to play, even if they are losing. I usually play roulette for hours but stopped after about 15 minutes. Also the "lounge" on Sunday was packed for football and one server randomly wandered around but never approached any of the tables. It was weird and annoying. I waited for 10 minutes at the bar to order a drink and when he seemed uninterested I got a beer from my room and came back down. I like you Golden Nugget and I want to keep coming back but you need to step it up next time or I'll look elsewhere.

I stayed in several different places in Laughlin because I will be there for work multiple times. This was my favorite for multiple reasons: the weekday prices are only slightly higher than the crummy motels, fairly modern facility compared with other places, friendly front desk, covered parking and nice pool. I don’t gamble so I don’t have any opinions about that aspect. Nice place

On a Friday night, there was not a single place open to eat. Went next door to The Pioneer, that had restaurants still open and actually had a live band. Spent most of our time over there.

the room got dirtier after room service cleaned. Staffs are not friendly at all. The second bed that was not used by me got all wrinkle and dirty on the blanket after room service. The bathroom floor with dirt still there without moping. No wiping for the sink either. Better without the room service clean. Terrible.

Rooms were not clean, didn’t get when asked for wash cloths and hand towels, the property was not very pet friendly, the restaurants did not answer the phone when called to get a takeout order because you couldn’t leave your pets in the room and they were very defensive on letting them into restaurants. Courtyard was full of dog fetus. The workers remodeling at every break were feeding the pigeons therefore birds were pooping all over courtyard patio.

The staff was very accommodating to me, my husband, and our two service dogs. We were just passing through and I'm glad we chose here to stay. It was very clean. The gift shop was rather large and had everything you could ever need. The restaurants were closing when we got there so we walked to in-n-out burger. It was a nice walk. We stopped and got some history from one of the officers we came across. He was so nice and just down to earth. He said that Laughlin is the place all the Las Vegas guys want to go and work. Check in and check out was easy. The front desk staff were pleasant.

Room make me incredibly sick and front desk lady didnt care Period, she was rude ,disrespectful and needs to not be in customer service. When someone tells you they are getting sick after a night inthe room could they check to see if an animal was in the room or at least clean the room . Very unhealthy place .. under the air-conditioning was at least a half of inch of dust build up, disgusting
