This hotel is old and dated. It either needs a renovation or needs to be demolished. The room are dusty and dirty and not because the cleaners didnt do a good job. The bathrooms are really bad rust everywhere, cracks in the tiles, dirty shower curtains. The curtains looked like someone had menstrated on them. We got a unit next to the elevators and we could hear them going up and down all night. Next door it sounded like someone was having a college party. If your visiting on the weekend and your in the middle floors good luck trying to get down during checkout hours. The elevators are programmed to go to the top floors then come down, by the time they open theres no room. Had to use the stairs from the 10th floor.

Low Budget Stay!

Honestly there’s better out there! For it being family friendly it smells terrible of cigarettes! The smell hits you before you walk in. The rooms are a basic old school motel 6 vibe. Old school air furnace (the air doesn’t work), the bathtub filled up as you shower, the ice machines don’t work, no microwave, no refrigerator (10 dollars a night to bring to your room), the WiFi is HORRIBLE! And the food choices are trash. We had to door dash or go travel to get something. Unless you want In and Out for every meal as it’s right outside. I will definitely be choosing another place to stay next time!

You need to do better.

First room had broken shower head spraying water to ceiling, torn shower curtain, and broken toilet. Bed was like a rock. Moved us to second room complete for smokers with ash tray. Problem was we are non smokers. Very stinky room. Not a good experience Tropicana. You can do better.

The hotel is outdated and needs to be renovated. Our tv didn’t work the first night we were there. There was no hot water during peak times, we were told be staff to take a shower after midnight. Overall experience was bad, won’t stay at this hotel again!

Unfortunately this time when we stayed.. the room was not very clean.. the tub had like a lemon sized hairball in the drain. The floors still had trash.. any other time we have stayed here, the rooms have been to anybody's standard.. nice and clean. Possibly whoever was cleaning the room this time, was having a bad day.
