Was just old and outdated and didnt feel clean
Everything was great. Bathroom in room was not clean
The excellent marking is only for Valet - there was one young man who went above and beyond in valet and was super kind. The bell hop area is good but front desk and reservation were less than customer service oriented. Our problem began when we tried to check in with the kiosk at 4pm- it wasn’t allowing us stating our room wasn’t ready. Check in is at 3pm. Di back out with our bags to retrieve our truck from valet - we were meeting friends for dinner - drove from the property and tried to resolve via telephone after being on hold 30 minutes for them to tell me I should’ve communicated and coordinated my Check in time so the property was prepared- Seriously?!? On top of that there were happy dogs on the room next to Us and the bathroom had hairs on sink and tub from previous guests. Overall disappointing experience

It looks ok and i liked it, except checking was not good. Given two non working keys. Made me walk from garage to reception and almost back to garage for resort tower three times. And i kindly asked a nearer walkable room die to an injury.
The vents for the air conditioning were dirty
I stayed at Tropicana few times … will do again in near future. More easier to access to everything. Everyone friendly. Good security
