I've stayed here before and had a great experience, but this time around not so great.. First thing that happened after checking in i was told i had to be moved because of a water leak. I said no problem but that took an hour for front desk to find us a room. The second thing that happen during our stay were the ele vators broke down. It was an hour wait or climb up the stairs...i was on the 17th floor...not so great of a stay.

We arrived and they didn’t have the rooms we needed. We needed two queen beds and they gave us a one king bed. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. She also gave us rooms that were made for people with disabilities

Employees are so rude and racist . Rooms disgusting I called house keeping to clean my room and the cleaning person so rude and cleaned my whole room in less then 5 minutes trash wasn’t even taken out . Terrible never again !

The vent in the restroom was broken and extremely loud. I had to wear ear plugs to get ready because it was so loud. They didnt fix it or change our room.

I could not get the AC unit to shut off or to get it to be warmer on the room. It was too cold to stay and sleep. I was only there for an hour and that time I spent trying to figure out the AC. Other than that, it was ok.
