The rooms are outdated, there isn’t a big variety of casino games to play..

Always stay here. Large rooms, comfy and sleep exceptionally well in the beds. Dining options are disappointing. Only one restaurant open Sunday and Monday(plus sports bar). Employees are all great. A nice place to stay overall

I like the price of rooms. Not expensive but clean and everything was well done

Long wait to check in. Room was clean but had a service issue, but they was taken cate of.

My stay was poor. Restaurants closed, only two people checking people in and more concerned about wiping things down than checking people in. mask wearing and panic have destroyed the service aspect of a heavily service oriented business.

We didn't like the fact that the wait time to eat was over an hour. The Steak restaurant was closed. The taco place was gone, so eating choices were very limited. They must have over booked or the minimum amount of people per room was lifted to 10! It was so crowded, it was insane!

The thing i didn't like was the attitude of the staff. Completely rude. The staff at each restaurant treated everyone like red headed step children and the worse part of the experience was the fact they close the gambling tables so early. Our whole experience at the tropicana was horrible and we wont be returning. Next year we will be staying at the Aquarius or Golden Nugget.

had to recheck my room key every night i was there for labor day weekend

Excellent in cleaning customer service location in overall excellent

Clean and large rooms

I have always stayed at this hotel... I love it ... But this lastvtime i stayed my room was dirty and dusty and covers had blood stains on them.. Very unsatified with the roomkeeping .. Specialy with this Covid virus i would think they would be more clean than ever

Staff was very friendly , we had a great time. Definitely will be back next month.

I know it’s convid but they pack so many people. Room was dirty on arrival. I brought Lysol luckily. My key stop working 4 times. I had it by itself in my back pocket. Bullshit. There toilet flush funny then finnaily it flooded the room. No control on elevator with so many people there very dirty.
