The rooms are OLD!!! The first room they put us in was pretty dirty with stains all over the walls and bathroom. Big dust bunny’s under everything. I’m not sure what was happening with the sprinkler in the bathroom but it was have hanging out of a hole. Everything was grimy. I’m really not even sure how the smoke detector would get all nasty and greasy looking but it was gross! Peices of the ceiling were falling off and had cobwebs hanging off. The shower head was caked in calcium. There were hairs in our bed. On top of everything the room was so hot!! The AC wouldn’t cool the space down. There is no refrigerator so no other way to cool down. The pool was also closed. They moved us rooms and the next one was only slightly better with the AC working better. Not likely to be staying there again. The staff were ok. Everyone seemed friendly but definitely no sense of urgency for anything. The casino was a basic casino as expected. I would definitely stray away from the arcade that’s a straight money pit! $50 blown in 20 min for one child is a bit ridiculous.

Room was not clean when I checked in. I had to ask three times to get shower and bathroom mirror cleaned Ceiling crumbling causing plaster to randomly fall and the bed leaned to one side. It was awful and they should be ashamed renting dirty, decaying rooms. I do not recommend, nor will I ever stay at another of their properties

This room was absolutely disgusting. I called house keeping to come re clean the bathroom because there was hair everywhere and I don’t mean long hair from someone’s head, Pubic hair !…. They wiped the sink then just wiped everything off to the side onto the carpet. I was in such sock I just sat back on the bed . My husband had prebooked so we had no way of getting our money back. We ended killing mosquitoes in the room and moths . The room had cobwebs. Please if you care for your health do not stay. The only reason we stuck it out it was because we needed to attend a funeral and wanted to get in and out .

Let me start here. I’ve been coming to Laughlin Nevada for over 35 years although the hotel is quite old it didn’t need to be rundown. I would give it zero stars. If that was an option. The room itself was dirty. The furniture had lots of stains I think if you took them out of the junkyard, it’d be in the same category. The toilet floor had tiles that were broken and loose when you walked upon them the carpet from the wall was separating. There was secret holes in the non-smoking room. The phone looked like it hasn’t been wiped down since before Covid to be honest with you. I was very embarrassed that I made this reservation for me and my wife’s one day short vacation. The price of the room was reasonable, but it was better off paying 10 times the price to have a room where you don’t stick to the floor and every time you touch something, the amount of filth and sticking and stood to your hands. It really needs to be removed and tore down.
