Terrible experience

The water main broke. After fixing that issue there was no hot water for over 48 hours. I will never stay here again.

Pool bar was closed during my stay. And no waitress service so i had to go to hotel store to buy drinks and i was all wet from pool

staff was nice and helpful, even gave me a map. room was big and open water, was hot in the shower. the maids came around at 8am on sun that sucked but they are just doing their job

We got to Laughlin about midnight and right off the Front desk person was rude and I reserved a non smoking room and we was put in a smoking room. I called the front desk and rude again and he said he was going to charge me or we could move by the parking garage?! The bellhop was great he got us moved to a non smoking room with no up charge ….. but all the rooms and the whole casino smells so bad with smoke if you are a non smoker, it will definitely give you a headache! I would give it 1 star but since the bellhop was great, I gave it 2 stars. I’ve stayed at almost all the casinos in Laughlin and most are good but this place… Never Again!

Everything was good until I tried to cash in Can money for US at cash cage. Lady I dealt with had no idea what the Caesars Policy was in regards to the daily limits or in helping me properly. She was quite rudely adamant she knew what she was doing; however, she knew very little in regards to the policy. In fact she told me to got to the Riverside and cash my exchange money there, so I did and played it there as well. Went to front desk 1st though and they would not deal with it. They said go see security? Not sure anyone wanted to deal with the issue. Went back to Cash Cage later and got an explanation from the cage supervisor later that night. Not a great experience as I have done exchanges before with a lot less grief than these guys gave me. Made the experience at the Trop not so good.

Room was nice and big but no fridge. Couldn’t use our hdmi cable to watch our granddaughters hockey game. The wifi was terrible. TV was small. Price was good.
