I called the hotel to verify booking the day of and spoke with Ann. I asked about upgrading to a jacuzzi suite. After being put on hold for awhile I was told we had a jacuzzi suite and that I would pay the difference when I checked in. Of course when I got there we didn’t. After getting upset they did agree to give me the suite but said it would inconvenience someone else. I guess me being lied to and inconvenienced didn’t matter. When getting to room 667 a few light bulbs didn’t work nor did the heat. The room itself was clean and was decent looking other then pealing wallpaper here and there.

The pool was nice & sunny although the water was cool

Like a lot of places in Laughlin Nv it’s starting to show it’s age.

Long distance from registration desk to elevators. Unclear check out procedure.

nothing amazing just a place to sleep, most of the dining areas were closed.

it's old looking. many inside stores/eateries were not open for business.

I have jet skis plenty of parking. They let me check in early for a small fee of cource. Down in casino great food. Thrifty ice cream. bagels . Good coffee. Brewery overall great place.nice pool. In n out across the st.

Kind of run down. Crack in extremely slow draining shower that left you in 4 inches of water by the end. Would not return.staff was pleasant. Fairly dirty overall.

I asked them to vacuum room & they didn’t . One pillowcase was extremely dirty

Restaurants, terrible. Opened too late and menus very restricted. Had pizza, terrible and pitcher of beer sour. Went to other casinos for all meals. Rooms very plain, no pictures, etc. Motel 6 was decorated better.

Awesome service and customer service.and very clean.

The property was disappointing compared to pics online. Furniture/ Fixtures were outdated. Staff was quick to reclean the room and try to accommodate you if the drains were clogged and outlet broken, unfortunately once moved to a different room....smoke detector woke us at 3AM Then housekeeping at 7AM banging and yelling in the hallway. :Unhappy wanting to leave a day early, hotel wouldn't refund the daily rate only charge more for early check-out Not riverfront property. Restaurant food was not good. When checking in....DON"T forget your "Player's Card", the hotel staff doesn't tell you about!
