It was cheap and did the job. Staff was great. They didnt clean my room even when i put sign on door to make up room. I asked cleaning person next day and they gave new towels and emptied the trash but thats it. All in all i would stay there again

Non-existent housekeeping

We had a 4 night stay and never saw a housekeeper. When we did see one asked to have extra towels and our room serviced. None if that happened. The hotel needs to be updated and renovated.

2 reasons I won't stay here again: 1) The pool is adults only after 8pm. Despite being completely empty, some grumpy old security guard chased off me and my son when we arrived at 8:10 pm. Had we known he wouldn't be able to swim after check in, we would have went elsewhere. 2) The AC is basically a just a white noise machine. It doesn't give cold air and you cant turn the fan up, its completely worthless and the room was too stuffy.

Your property needs to fix all their locks, we were locked out of our room three times had to go up and down the stairs my daughter‘s room the air conditioning didn’t even work. We’ve stayed there many times not happy at all this time room service didn’t even come once to clean the room.
