Very cleen comfortable bed. Very friendly girls at frontdesk and casino.

If I knew that there were no open pool facilities on site I would have booked elsewhere. Being charged a resort fee for services not available should be a crime!

Property not handicapped friendly

Not all facilities were open

Great location

It is very outdated. the room smelled bad. I have gotten smoking rooms before but this one was terrible. The staff walking the floor were very bothersome telling me to put my mask on in between hits of my cigarette. The rooms really need to be up dated.

Ok

Front desk didn’t know if there was a bus to the concert. Told me there wasn’t at all and guess what, there was. No explanation if the deposit process. Not offered a map or told where to access the room or tower for our room. No fridge in the room, outdated. Just generally not worth the money. Wouldn’t stay here again. Better to stay on the River for a few more bucks.

The friendliness of staff, the strict protocol of having a mask while inside the casino, and them giving you one if needed. Overall a great place to gamble and have fun.

i didn't like the fact that i had reserved a 2 queen bed non-smoking room and once i get there to check in the host tells me that the rooms are not guaranteed i had never heard of such a thing. also they were not too nice about the whole thing and told me that that was on fine print. i had never had any of these issues at other hotels i made reservations for. i will never stay there again.

The location looked clean. The front staff Lourdes was extremely rude to multiple visitors. I watched and listened to her be rude to several guest.

Staff was great, however, the property is rundown, hair dryer didn't work or the iron. Looked really worn down and in need of an upgrade. Would not recommend to anyone for the price we paid. All the hotels across the street on the walkway looked so much more upgraded and didn't have th strong smell of smoke.

We stayed for one night. This hotel is not by the river as other hotels in the area- so it doesnt have a private beach. If ive known that i will not stay here. Because the price is high but not worth it. Their pool area is very small. Room is clean though and We were able to check in early for a small fee.

The rooms were very dirty. The toilet seat was super old and nasty. The shower curtain was super old and the pole to hold rhe curtain was broken. Overall very bad ugly dirty rooms.

Clean

I stayed at the Tropicana for one night. The stay was okay. The staff was friendly. The only down was how old the hotel looks inside and out. Outdated rooms. Very loud showers and toilets.

Todo estu muy bien regresare pronto gracias
