Nothing was good about this place I got there at 1 am and I have to leave around 8 because I found 2 big spiders. I wasn’t able to sleep after that The worse place I had been so disappointed

What I don’t like was the parking not easy access to the hotel, the restroom was not clean very well it was hair all around the floor also we have to call front desk to get a replacement of the remote control because it has dry sauce or food or other all over. What I like is the little river beach and the view from my room. Excellent view.

Casino was good, food was awesome, staff was friendly. Room was crap, all you hear is other people and car alarms. Not worth the money at $30 for a night... Will try a different property next time.

Love they have a floor designated for pets/service dog. Clean, friendly employees. I can't complain, we will be back.

The rooms are old and dated, looks like the original furniture from when first built. Resort fee is way to expensive. There are better options in Laughlin. Will not stay her ever again.

The bed was too soft and offered no support. I enjoyed the food options.

I loved how it was right on the river. Staff was very nice and friendly. Just wish there was more stuff to do in the hotel at night. But other then that had a great time.

Check in was quick through the kiosk. They were able to put all six rooms close together. Areas of need : functional elevators. Only 2 were working. Long wait to get in an elevators. Key cards wouldn't work so I had to go down to the front desk to get new ones. That was inconvenience. Room had a weird smell

Good location with plenty to do. Private Beach was great. Palapas rental at $200 per day is a great way to keep n9n hotel guests off the beach.

I liked the staff. The room was terrible, chairs were stained carpet was not cleaned around perimeter of the room, light fixture was broken, bathroom sink had a foul smell and, no stopper. Windows on the outside were covered with tons of cobwebs. The peephole looked like it had green gum around it, chairs were very wobbly.

very poor customer service. room was dirty and bathroom was very dirty. AC unit wasn't work. elevator not work. you have to wait for 30 minute to get to the elevator. sheet was not clean very very poor customer service

For the price, it wasn’t bad. However, it’s old and the ventilation in the room is horrible. We came back from dinner and our hotel room reeked of marijuana! I told the front desk and told me that they would have housekeeping spray and air out our room and also call security because our floor is a non-smoking floor. We left to go shopping for over an hour and when we got to our room...for sure our room was sprayed. We had the smell of perfume and marijuana. I had to go back downstairs and ask for another room. They apologized and immediately gave me room and offered to have a bellman assist us. I appreciate the effort. It doesn’t change the fact that it was a major inconvenience. And they didn’t offer us anything extra for our inconvenience...which would is the difference between decent customer service and superior customer service. So this Harrah’s customer service is only decent.

Excellent for family getaway. Enjky the day out at the River, pools and in evening the casino.

They serve our property as exterminators and we have a very thorough program developed with them that holds our facility to a high standard that we expect for our guests. We actually have a regular maintenance program and special projects in an ongoing effort to keep our property up-to-date. I’m pleased to mention that we are updating our rooms with fresh paint, new carpeting and mattresses where needed, some new furnishings and other projects which we will continue through 2019. We are also excited about our remodeled South Tower rooms. I trust you would enjoy one of these fabulous remodeled rooms which offer a refrigerator, coffee maker and safe. Our Resort Fee is clearly communicated before reservations are booked, which includes WIFI for two devices, free local phone calls and access to our gym, Club Philippe. We feel a Resort Fee is appropriate as it allows us to cover the cost of the service. We hope you will reconsider your decision and give us another opportunity to create a better experience.
