The property was not clean. Especially during COVID. Did not seem that they took any additional precautions. Not enough hand sanitizers by the elevators or inside the casino.

It took 45 minutes to get an elevator in North Tower to work. Same issue we had exactly one year ago.

What I liked about this property was the beach access, the watercraft rental and the view from our room.

Staff are great.. very helpful, courteous and accommodating. The overall facility (rooms & common areas) is in great need of updates and a deep cleaning of carpets/walls. (This was surprising for a Caesars-owned hotel.) During Covid, face masks were required, but many hand sanitizing stations were out and it appeared that the hotel was at full capacity. There was a constant line to get on the elevator & all rooms on my floor appeared to be occupied. I did not see any staff cleaning high traffic areas (doors, elevator, etc.). (Only cleaning the counters at check in & restaurants took place after each customer.) The beds in the rooms were way too soft and very uncomfortable. The bathrooms were nice & clean with great water pressure & strong shower head.

It was very crowded, no social distancing. Employees did not seem happy or enjoying their job. Musty feeling throughout the property

Great staybonly issue, was the AC unit not cooling down. Had ot set to 64 and room was not cold at all, but other than that we loved it, definitely going back.

Didn't like: We could not park close to hotel and unload our luggage. I'm 74 years old....and cannot carry my bags very far in the 117 degree temperature. And!! No carts to help with the baggage. No bellmen. And! No one told us about this problem when we made the reservation. You have NO help for the disabled.

Caesars should be ashamed to have this property in their portfolio. It is in a state of disrepair, unclean and the amenities are lacking. They had barely any tables open. I would give this property a 0 if it were t for the location on the river with a beach :(

Hotel room extremely filthy, I sent my review results to you already explaining the whole situation, I need my money back, according to Hotel Management this charges are going to be return to Orbitz so Orbitz can make a full refund to me, what steps do I need to take to make this happen?

Unfortunately we were experiencing issues with our North Tower elevators, however the issue was resolved quickly. We are delighted to learn about the friendly service you received from our staff, however we are very sorry to learn that you didn’t fully enjoy your stay. Please be assured that your comfort is very important and if you should ever experience an issue with your room during a future visit, please don’t hesitate to ask for the Guest Service Manager at the Front Desk and they would be pleased to be of assistance in resolving any issue with your room including replacing the mattress as many times we do have them available. I’m pleased to mention that we are updating our rooms with fresh paint, new carpeting and mattresses where needed, some new furnishings and other projects which we will continue through 2020. We are excited about our remodeled South Tower rooms. I trust you would enjoy one of these fabulous remodeled rooms which offer a refrigerator, coffee maker and safe. We actually have a regular maintenance program and special projects in an ongoing effort to keep our property up-to-date. We celebrated our grand opening of our Marketplace, Gift Shop and reopening of Starbucks and have many special projects for the future. Please understand that due to social distancing guidelines elevator wait times can be affected. Our housekeeping staff is sanitizing touch areas and we offer hand sanitizer stations throughout the casino, which are filled regularly to ensure that they are full at all times. We hope you will continue to stay and play at Harrah’s Laughlin.
