Non smoking casino totally separate from smoking casino. Friendly staff. One of our two rooms was not cleaned. No informative pamphlets / sheets on hotel services, no site map of resort made getting around a challenge. No coffee maker, fridge or microwave in rooms.

It’s just ok but I really think the hotel needs to repack the carpets...using duck tape just looks very cheap

Great free parking. Hallways where the rooms were needed to be vacuumed. No coffee makers in the North Tower (there were ones evidently in the central and south towers.....: news to me!). Friendly staff (except Cindy at the front desk: again: coffee maker!). Restaurants were great.

Very fun property with pretty views. There was plenty to do.

Room was a comfortable size, decor was OK but dated. Parking was particularly inconvenient.

Nothing was good about this place I got there at 1 am and I have to leave around 8 because I found 2 big spiders. I wasn’t able to sleep after that The worse place I had been so disappointed

What I don’t like was the parking not easy access to the hotel, the restroom was not clean very well it was hair all around the floor also we have to call front desk to get a replacement of the remote control because it has dry sauce or food or other all over. What I like is the little river beach and the view from my room. Excellent view.

Casino was good, food was awesome, staff was friendly. Room was crap, all you hear is other people and car alarms. Not worth the money at $30 for a night... Will try a different property next time.

I have been staying exclusively at Harrah's Laughlin for over 20 years. I usually have a blast and the MAIN reason I choose harrah's over the other hotels is beach. This time however, the beach was closed apparently due to a lack of a lifeguard. (not my problem, find one then). Had i have known about this when I booked my stay I would NOT have come. I spent months trying to convince my Fiance' how fun it was and how cool it was to hang out on the beach during the hot days, only to look like a fool. I am also going to contact someone in management regarding this.

Fine dining and good location. Nice hotel! Felt comfortable there.

Love they have a floor designated for pets/service dog. Clean, friendly employees. I can't complain, we will be back.

The rooms are old and dated, looks like the original furniture from when first built. Resort fee is way to expensive. There are better options in Laughlin. Will not stay her ever again.

The bed was too soft and offered no support. I enjoyed the food options.

We are delighted to learn that you enjoyed our non-smoking casino and found our staff to be friendly, however we are very sorry to learn that you didn’t enjoy your stay. While we do not offer microwaves due to fire regulations, I’m pleased to mention that our North Tower Riverview and Central Tower rooms offer a refrigerator and coffee maker and our newly remodeled South Tower rooms offer a refrigerator, coffee maker and safe. Please understand that Hotel information books were removed from the rooms and we now offer information on our televisions. I’m also pleased to mention that our Security Officer at the Front Desk have maps of our property and are pleased to answer any questions. We hope you will continue to stay and play at Harrah’s Laughlin.

We actually have a regular maintenance program and special projects in an ongoing effort to keep our property up-to-date. I’m also pleased to mention that we are updating our rooms with fresh paint, new carpeting and mattresses where needed, some new furnishings and other projects which we will continue through 2020. We actually have cleaning crews that cover the property, however we will address this with our Housekeeping Management Team to ensure that our hallways cleaned regularly. Please also be assured that we have a complete program, as does any major hotel like ours, with a company called Ecolab. They serve our property as exterminators and we have a very thorough program developed with them that holds our facility to a high standard that we expect for our guests.
