Beautiful Resort Feel

Parking was easy. Elevator line was ridiculous. Only 1 elevator. Figuring out how to get to the elevator was not clear. You have to walk thru a food court and down a hall to find it. My first time here and I was a little lost on where to go. Picked this place because of the pool and beach area. I like that it's kid friendly. The kids loved the pool and waterslide. Our room was a little dirty and our window was full of handprints. I don't think the glass had been cleaned in a while. We stayed on the 6th floor with a view of the pool and that was nice.

Sad that there wasn’t ice cream or buffet available. In our room the water took a while to drain and the ice machine wasn’t working on the fifth floor. But it was a nice relaxing time during our stay.
