Everything was wonderful other than only 1 bellboy on shift and no carts available

Great pool and private riverside beach. Rooms were clean and nice.

This is the BEST hotel and resort in Nevada :) We enjoyed the beach and the pool. Very close to Arizona Bullhead where you can find amazing dining options. Hotel was nice and staff was friendly :) 5 stars from us.

This was an awesome hotel with lots of options to stay busy. And a lot of food options to choose from as well. Loved the beach and pool area.

Nice hotel

We were assigned a room in the Beach Tower. These rooms are very outdated. It said it could sleep three people so I assumed that meant there was a sofa in the room. There was a king size bed and a small chair :(

The place was great and fairly cheap. Lots of amenities for kids. The pool was fairly shallow throughout making it nice for younger kids and the beach was nice. It would be great if they had lawn chairs there under the cabanas though. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout. The food at the cafe restaurant was not great, I got a salad with slimy cucumbers, and brown lettuce, I couldn’t even eat it.

Staff was nice. Easy check in and out. Beach was clean and not too crowded. Plenty of places to eat. House keeping was well organized and was in our room within minutes after we made a call

We enjoyed the pool and beach that was for people who were staying at the hotel only. Beach was NOT overly crowded thankfully we would have hated that due to covid spread. My original room was HORRIBLE and very.. very old. I complained about our option as this was the first since booking with Orbitz that we got such an old room. The Manager was super nice and transferred us to their new & upgraded room at no charge and said NOT to book with 3rd parties and to book direct with them in order to get the best experience. I think Orbitz should have a picture of the room that we will be getting and paying for so we don't assume the upgraded rooms are what we are paying for. Also reviews said there were ghosts in the rooms and I also had a haunting experience since this is on an Indian reservation no biggie but freaky. Lastly, our last night was nice as we did get to meet Rosie Avi Elder Tribal leader of the reservation. Pretty neat.

The AC near and in the elevator was muggy plus there can be lines to use it as well. I wish there were mini fridges to keep cold drinks too. Other than those two things, our trip was great and Rita at the front desk was very helpful as well.

Liked kid friendly, room was not too clean

Loved the beach

We had a great time.

One of the better hotels in Laughlin! Clean, friendly staff, room was good! Definitely coming back here!

Everything clean

The beach area was for swimming only and no watercraft allowed as it was in the past. Had to travel 25 miles each day to launch. We needed a beach that we could have other people ride the watercraft. This should be on their website. We would not have stayed there if we knew. No one had a good reason why this was closed.
