It was an average stay. I was expecting a more comprehensive level of service given the high demand and price range, but it fell short. Two positives were that the room was spacious and there was ample parking. Other than that, nothing really stood out. I was surprised by the lack of basic amenities and toiletries. The bathrooms had no moisturizing lotion, makeup remover, or other standard items - only towels and soap, which I have never experienced in a mid- to high-range hotel. The bars and restaurants had very limited seating and were almost always full. The coffee machine in the room was broken and was not replaced even after I requested it twice. When I tried to contact room service, the phone went straight to voicemail and I was unable to reach an actual person. Although I stayed in a renovated room, the décor felt dated, with dull colors and cheap, motel-like artwork on the walls. The casino also had limited options, and despite spending a significant amount of time there, I was never offered a drink. I ended up going to the adjacent Harrah's casino instead, where the service was noticeably better and drinks were offered frequently. I would recommend this place for a very short stay, but if you are looking for a more enjoyable or higher-quality experience, I would suggest choosing another hotel.

we thought we were getting a nice room the picture on the website was so different then what we got Toilets didn’t work properly, we requested the room to be clean only one room was cleaned.c mildew in all area of the shower. Underneath one of the night stand I was able to DRAW MY INTIAL IN THE DUST. I HAVE PICTURES ALL 5 rooms had similar issues The elevator was broke one morning and had to walk down ten flights of stairs Expedia lately put very misleading information especially pictures of resort

Room was nice and new. The issues are with the communication with the front desk or housekeeping. It goes to an answering service and theirs is a lot of miss communication. Make sure you check your bill because there were a lot of unknown charges in my bill. Someone entered my room after we checked in. Scared me. Not staying there again,
