Room looks old, wall paper break down, smoke smell and can't find service to clean or restock the room on the second day. called few times but no answer.
Nothing specifically to like about Harvey’s. They charge on top for facilities (none) and parking. In my case my key would not work to get out of the garage. Had to re-park and walk back to the front desk to get a new key. They should have in the least comped the parking for the inconvenience.
Loved the convenience of the location, but many of the parts of the hotel are dated. Getting around was very easy, and it's location is perfect to anything in town. The Sage Restaurant's menu and service just felt very old fashioned, and the food was just "okay". All the people working in the casino were friendly and helpful.
Staff were all friendly and helpful!
Ripoff!!, On top of the room fee there is $40 "resort fee" and worse of all $25 a day parking. Never thought I'd say this but much better deal on the California side (one block away!!) I stayed in the old rooms which are not very good.
I stayed for one night at Harvey’s hotel, and I can say unequivocally. It was the worst experience of my life for almost $500. I got a room with wallpaper peeling tiles that were coming off the bathroom walls. Scratches what look like semen stains, a broken phone and much much more on top of beyond pitiful customer service, after I complained to the manager before check out this morning all I was told is the most she can do is remove the resort fee which is beyond pathetic. I’ve seen better rooms at motel six to be right on the strip and to advertise that they have Hells kitchen in the hotel, I expected so much more. The only highlight was the bell boys and valet, who were very attentive and very quick but overall what a disgrace of a hotel. I advise any traveler do not come to this hotel. It looks nothing like the pictures and if you want to shell out a ton of money for a horrifically disgusting hotel then be my guest. This hotel needs to call a hotel contractor to completely renovate and fix the room. I was staying in which was room 859. There’s no way on earth this hotel would pass any health safety code. I even called for a wheelchair for my mother who has COPD and asthma last night and of course, to my surprise no response (being sarcastic) it also shouldn’t come as a surprise as to why my mothers, COPD and asthma flared up in a hotel room for how disgusting it was. I’m definitely going to speak to the health commission and have this hotel search and audited!!!!!!!!
The rooms were not in the best condition. It looks like they were renovating . But where they stuck me was run down the hallways were dirty marks on the walls and doors stuff. on the floors. Parts of the parking structure were not lit and very dark and unsafe . On top of that they charge guess for parking on top of what you pay for your room. I will say the gym was nice and well kept I did like the gym
Excellent location for access to the stateline shops and casinos as well at wallable views of the lake
Good
Several amenities that were listed available were out of order. Huge disappointment to our family. The hot tub, sauna, and steam room all were out of order during our visit.
The hotel is pretty nice, we had a good night's sleep. Kids had fun at the Arcade. The hotel is also within walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. Would stay here again.
close to Heavenly Village
This is our first time staying at Harvey’s… We usually stay at the properties around it because Harvey’s is usually so expensive to stay at so it was very exciting to be able to get a room there. But our experience was really, really bad! We had to cut our trip short, because we found bedbugs in our first room, and second room! And not once could we ever get somebody from the front desk on the phone. If you wanted anything, you would have to go downstairs to talk to the front desk because there was usually only one person! The bedbugs was the cherry on top… So we checked out in the middle of the night to head home with icy roads and snow… We were that upset to leave and to brave the windy mountain at 10 o’clock at night!…We will NEVER stay at Harvey’s again.
Old, not well maintained
We had a 19th floor room and the view was gorgeous! The room was spacious and clean.
