I spend a fair amount of time in the room, and there was no comfortable chair to sit on....

Our stay was great!! Staff followed guidelines and made sure people were also following the guidelines at the casino tables. Beds were comfortable and we had a great view!!

Gentlemen outside window of hotel room, non working refrigerators and poor Starbucks experience. All this and only the resort fee was waved.

The staff, all of them are extremely friendly and helpful, all hours of the day and night. For a 2 night stay I like opting out of room bed making for the $10 food credit. 1)I didn't like paying both 1)Resort fee $29.50 plus 2) parking. What's that about? 2)The water pressure is way too high. Wasting water Harvey's. Most of all) I hated the kiosk sign in. At check out I was told that I had a choice of the kiosk or a person, but that was not apparent to me. No one was behind the regular counter when I checked in. But, bottom line, l will stay there in the future when the price is right. JOe

Great service, friendly staff... very convenient location to the ski lifts.. would recommend to stay .. you can use both Harvey's and Harrah's Hotel amenities since they are connected via tunnel... we go every year!

hardly any room service, noting to eat at night, needs to be upgraded.

The rooms must be from the 70's. Did not get the room cleaned one day. Called at 5 pm to ask, was told nothing could be done that day, told we could get some towels. 2 lamps was out ( over one bed and over bathroom sink) told maintenance, never fixed.

I was surprised by the resort fee and the parking fee.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We do have the option of someone to check you in at the VIP office sorry that wasn't offered. We do have a resort fee of $28.50 per night which covers two devices of internet, use of the fitness center and pool. Hope to see you back soon in our property! :)
