Do not stay in the Mountain Tower. Outdated & it smells musty. The front desk personnel not very helpful. I wanted to upgrade my room & they didn’t allow me too. The shower & sink overflow with water. Stay at Harrah’s across the street for 50$ more

The photos online of room did not look like the room I paid for. The room was not updated at all

Location, close to every thing to do in Tahoe. Everyone was nice and helpful.

The hotel is very dated - and didn’t feel particularly clean. The parking structure elevator can use some immediate update.

Rooms were nice. Our bathroom was not clean and had dirty sheets

Tho sharveys location at Lake Tahoe is a great one, nice and clean, beautiful place.

They charge parking on top of resort fee. They put me on a doggy floor. Cannot speak to human on check in

Cannot talk to a human about checking in. They charge parking on top of resort fee. Out right out rip off.

The property was fine, pretty nice actually. I felt we got our money's worth that regard...except, of all the lights in the living area, only 2 worked, which made for a pretty dark room. We were only there to sleep and wash up so we never bothered calling for maintenance, but it seems that that would be a pretty basic thing to be able to have up and running.

The property is showing it's age. Worn out carpet, rusty and peeling hot tub, dingy fixtures, etc. But it was clean. And the pool and locker room facilities were pretty nice. The check in experience was not that great. I had to go back to the front desk for additional info that was not given to me during check-in, and the lady wouldn't help me "because she was going on break". So I had to wait for another attendant. And when I was done, the original lady was still there. So she could have helped me. Came across as kinda rude.

It was close to a lot of attractions. It was near Lake Tahoe, restaurants, bars, hiking trails.
