Said upon entering no smoking or pets, we ended up on the dog wing on the old side no view, terrible air conditions in room, too many dogs yelping in am, wouldn't move us to a better room dog dander too much for my allergies NEVER AGAIN!!

Non-smoking room still had such a strong residual smoking smell

The hotel is awesome minus the very outdated and broke down pool area. This needs a serious upgrade especially when you pay $300 a night. The renovation of the rooms were perfect…great view from room 1627 of the mountains and Lake Tahoe. TaCo restaurant was yummy.

Very good

Property in terrible shape. Wall paper pealing. Room was full of smoke and people in my group were getting sick. They never brought up the machine to filter the smoke out of the room. My worst hotel experience ever.

Property is very old an req'd remodeling

smelly room

The property was great and the location.

Older tower in desperate need of remodel. Functional, but reminds me of the first Carnival Cruise I took several years ago. Though it was my first cruise, I thought the shop looked worn. We quickly learned it would be retired after the next cruise. This was like that. Had fun, but amenities very tired and very worn. There is a new tower but it was closed for maintenance. Oh, well. Win some, lose some.

Very clean. Lots to do. Worth the price

Luxury hotel. The parking is free not more fees....

We experienced a lot of problems before settling into our room which was quite disappointing. When we first got to the hotel to check in, our room wasn’t ready. It was already about 6pm on a Sunday so we were quite surprised. We were told to wait for an hour for it to be ready. Although they gave us an offer for the inconvenience, it was still shocking that they didn’t prepare the room earlier for us. When we finally got our first room, we walked up with our luggage. Once we opened the door, it was a mess! There was Starbucks cups, napkins, and even someone’s undergarments on the floor. It was sure that it was either not cleaned or someone was already settling in the room. We walked with our luggage back down to tell the front desk. The young lady at the front desk had the audacity to ask me “so what exactly did you see in the room?” which was super odd when I just told her everything! I was exhausted so having her question me again was quite frustrating. Anyways, in the end... they gave us a room with a view for the inconvenience. It was beautiful but not worth the wait time and complications beforehand.

Up to date rooms, clean would definitely stay again
