Great view of the mountains and Lake Tahoe! We stayed on the 18th floor in a deluxe room. Very comfortable, clean room. Beautiful bathroom, shower. Parking was easy, staff was attentive, and cordial we really enjoyed the Straw Hat restaurant- great pizza. There are lots of great restaurants in the area

Lots of fun. Great for a eeekend getaway. Lots of options on dining and gambling.

Room very outdated 1- furniture 20+ years old. 2- tv 15+ years old 3- no coffee maker 4- no usb charging plugs 5- cracks in walls 6- leaking sink

Beautiful hotel very spacious rooms and great location. Love the newly renovated rooms. Easy check in and fast check out

Great location but very old. Middle of the night you hear people yelling down hallways and during our stay a good hour long shouting from patrons in the hallway was conducted. People were smoking weed in their rooms despite it being a nonsmoking floor and dogs were barking regularly.

GREat location and close to the ski resort across the street

Clean rooms, but dated. Overall a good experience. nothing great.

Noisy air conditioning and noisy neighbors. No one at the front desk answered our calls

Staff were okay, however room conditions were appalling given the amount of money paid. Carpets were dirty and stained, my husband started sneezing the minute we got into the room and we couldn’t sleep there. Very hard to get ahold of staff via phone lines. Overall very disappointing experience. I would not recommend it.

Easy self check-in with staff there to assist if needed allowed us to skip the line. 2 elevator locations provided opportunity to save on walking distance.free garage parking. 5 minute to walk to gondola.

Perfect location, very close to Heavenly Village, restaurants and gift stores.

I didn't interact with the staff much, but when I did they were pleasant and helpful. The room was good sized and fairly clean, but a bit drab. The mattress was OK, but the pillows were horrible. Definitely bring your own if you can. There only 2 electrical plugs accessible in the room, neither was near the bed or a table which made re-charging phones and other devices difficult. The casino itself is definitely showing its age, but it's location is still fantastic.

I booked thru Orbitz and was promised a lake view room. turns out I was lied to by the Orbitz guy--he had put a request. long story short --I paid for a lake view room and did not get it and the hotel did not comp or do anything to make things better.

The hotel is right on the strip, near everything, great view of the lake. It has everything you need so you don't need to leave the hotel unless you want to.

Booked a king room online, checked in and got to room... It was 2 doubles. Also had a dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower rod. Location is convenient. Staff was very friendly. Starbucks was expensive. $3 more for my normal drink.

My room was near the elevator and that's all I heard all night long! Other than that the stay was a typical hotel.

Well sited near everything but the place is a bit tired.

Room was nice. Some hair on bathroom floor. An unexpected resort fee upon checking. Was 30% of total cost.

Moved rooms 3 times, 4 girls and kept getting a room with 1 king, finally put on the pet floor with view of roof...idea of helping us out was $25 credit...really??? I booked room back in May, it was my actual birthday and we were going to a concert and wanted to get ready but couldn't get a room...basically staff said it was because I booked on discount website.

I will came back in winter for sure . Nice town, great service and lots o fun a great food
