Great pool. Casino could use more dining options. The buffet was mediocre and outdated but we heard from server it’s being replaced soon by fast food restaurants, which is lame. Room is decent for the price.

I have been going to Casa Blanca for 20 years and have looked forward to it. This time was very different. I understand they have invested millions in a newer lodging concept, and hope it works for them. Currently they have virtually no dining options other than a small coffee shop for breakfast lunch and dinner and the buffet. The buffet is overpriced and the food was absolutely terrible with overcooked meats limited salad bar, and limited deserts. I realize they are going to add 2 new restaurants in the near future so hopefully this changes. Half the pool was roped off and the open part was full of screaming children. Maybe they should set a time for adults only if their goal is to establish a relaxing resort experience. If their goal is to change their clientele, it may work. It appears they are trying to change to a Vegas atmosphere, which is horrifying to people who stop there instead of Vegas, like me and many others.

I got 3 rooms and one of the rooms the hot water wasn’t working I went to the front desk to let them know and they send a guy to fix it and the guy was really rude and said I didn’t know how to used it but in reality it didn’t work, I had to shower with cold water for 2 days during my stay and they were rude about it and after 2 days they went to check again and they finally realized that the shower wasn’t working and they finally moved me to another room and I try talking to the manager and they say she was in a meeting and she was supposed to call me but she never called. Manager name Jamie worthen and the girl was Kyleah , such a bad service

Check I was quick and easy. If you become a member, which is free, you are eligible to win free hot dogs or ice cream or coffee or even a free buffet diner. The pool can’t be beat as it transports you to a Hawaii island pool. The air conditioning in each room is a bit loud but works really well.

We have been to the Casablanca many times in previous years. We have always had a great time enjoying the pool. The main disappointment we had on this trip was that we noticed the prices on everything (room, food, drinks) had almost doubled in price from previous visits. We are questioning if this is the final year of a tradition we have had every summer for more than 10 years.

This hotel has t really gone down over the last couple of years . We stayed there 3 years ago and it was fairly decent, but this time we were very disappointed in the service , the cleanliness or lack of the rooms . It smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke even though it was a none smoking room. We could only play in 1 part of the pool and we could not bring our own bottled water to the pool area . I’m sorry but when you are having to pay aroun 5.00 for a bottle of water that is ridiculous! We will not be staying there again we will find a different place to play in the sun from now on.
