New home with a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee maker provided, please pack your favorite coffee to enjoy. Each of the 3 bedrooms is furnished with large size beds and mounted Smart TVs in each bedroom. Enjoy relaxing outdoor dining and grilling on the expansive patio. Backyard is five feet, fully fenced in with a gate.
Up to 2 pets welcome at this pet friendly property! Additional charges do apply. Please contact the office at 702-345-5100 to add your pet to your stay. All pet waste must be collected and disposed of in the outside trash receptacle in a secured pet waste bag. Any guest found in violation of this policy will be subject to immediate eviction and a $500 fine.

Retreat to Mesquite
This was a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Although there were construction workers on a few houses across the street, they respected the working hours.We enjoyed the grill and back patio. Everywhere we went in town was within 10 minutes. Enjoyed walking and golfing and sightseeing- wow, it’s beautiful.
