This was a really nice place to stay over night. Had multiple beds and it was clean. The AC made a clicking noise all night which sucked and my biggest complaint was the hotel staff knocked on my door to kick me out after I paid for late

No communication on additional fees

I called ahead to ask if i could check in at 1pm. They said it was fine. Once i arrived they didn't tell me early checking fee of $28. Wouldn't mind if I was told when I called but to tell me when I checked out seemed shady.
