Our room was clean and comfortable. Loved how quiet the area is. Friendly staff. Price reasonable. Will definitely stay again. The only negative for us was the cooking grease smell from Ruby's when entering the lobby, as it is not walled off. The elevator should be vacuumed more often and if possible a better shampoo and conditioner offered.

Beautiful lobby. Mia, our bartender and server was outstanding.

Check in was fast and easy, and the restaurant for dinner onsite was delicious. The room was spacious and clean. The WiFi was terrible, though, and the pool area was . . . not great. Overall, a fine place to stop for the evening on the way to/from Tahoe. Would definitely stay here again.

Nicely designed interior. Was impressed as soon as i walked in the door. However, it went downhill from there. Bathroom was not clean, restaurant was not open, and a bag with two granola bars, orange juice, and a water did not constitute a breakfast, free or otherwise! The only thing my wife could use was the water.

Restaurant was disappointing. Chicken Parmesan, recommended by server, was a microwaved mess. Did not need to hear the bartender/chefs time in prison tales audible all over the room.

Advertising as Parlor rooms available which is what we booked. Turns out there is no sitting room just a standard double sink in bathroom. WiFi is slow and unreliable, breakfast not available most days because they kept closing the restaurant. When asked management about it apparently there was breakfast bags we were never offered or told about when I directly asked about breakfast at check-in. Walls are so thin my family was threatened with calling the cops because it was apparently to loud at 830pm when we were trying to pack. No room service so everyone was piling trash in hallways which made for unsanitary conditions. Renovations are only on outside and lobby. Once inside everything else is dated and old. Don't waste your money as this is not the shabby chic hotel advertised online. Not to mention I question how safe the location is because a teenager was brutally murdered while at work at the McDonald's practically across the street the first night we were there. All in all horrible experience. Reported everything to management who seemed apologetic but that was about it. I definitely won't be staying here again with my family.

Beautiful lobby. Very nice grounds. We had a suite and it truly was a suite. Sometimes it’s just a bigger room with a kitchen. This had a separate large bedroom, separate bathroom and then a very large living, dining and kitchen with a full fridge. The room was not updated, but it perfectly met our needs.

The staff have all been incredibly friendly. The room and the hotel are very clean and well kept

Nice place to stay, good sleep safe area. I recommend to all.

Stopped here off the road on our way back to the Midwest. Pleasant front desk staff, very helpful. Room was fine. Pool area is a bit small-(spa can maybe squeeze 4 people in it). Restaurant in front of hotel had great food, but could have used a little more staff. Overall a nice, quick stay for weary travelers.

Hilton inn , Elko, Nevada was an excellent value. It was the nicest stop on our 6 day, 2100 mile , 5 day funeral trip. Only problem I had with Hilton Garden Inn, 2 problems ... gentleman behind the counter was very nice and very knowledgeable but he talked way too fast. Hard to understand. Didn't even try to slow down. The bar/ lobby played nonstop CNN on the big screen tv. Totally obnoxious and hard to ignore. We went out to eat rather than listen to that junk. I'd stay there anytime I'm in Elko
