Check in easy peasy - but we have yet to go to sleep for the real test. The night was super quiet, the room the perfect temperature, the bed was nice and firm as were the pillows. Breakfast was solid/ I just had coffee but hot and cold options were available- if I’m ever back in Elko/ this is where I will be staying!

The only one of the three doors that were working was the one to the lobby. The elevator was on the opposite end of the building from the lobby, making for a long trip to get in and out.

Poor experience.

Tiles coming up from the floor in the bathroom. Impolite reception at 12am. Not able to get a fork was discouraging considering they were on the other side of the glass for contknental breakfast. Breakfast was locked by 0900 and out of coffe at the desk. No one seamed to care.

The facility is in deep need of maintenance. Our room had a leaking shower which splattered onto the floor causing a slip/trip hazard. The common area of the dining area had peeling wall paper, outlet covers off by the coffee area, tables that were uneven causing repetitive spills while we were dining. The floors under the tables were dirty that was obviously present for more than just that day. The facility listed that they had an exercise area and there was signage indicating such but after I looked for 5 minutes, I went to the desk and was told there was no exercise area. The spa by the pool was just a heated tub, either the jets were not working at the time we were there or they didn't work at all which caused the water to be very visible which was concerning as there was alot of hair and other particles visible. There were also no towels in the pool area. As stated earlier, there is an intense need for general maintenance and up keep

The rooms are large and the beds were comfortable. The carpet in our room had a big black stain. It looked like a full cup of something sticky had been spilled and not cleaned up so all the dirt and filth from the bottom of people’s shoes stuck to the sticky spot. It was gross!
