Great, clean hotel! The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was awesome. The kids loved the pancake maker and all of the goodies. The staff was very attentive and accommodating.
I liked that it was easily found and quiet, even though it was close to the highway.
Really nice staff but they were totally understaffed so we didn’t have shampoo or conditioner and they were out of many breakfast items.
Poor customer service!
The smoke detector over the bed flashed like a strobe light during the night making it difficult to sleep. Seems totally unnecessary. Staff did not wear face masks indicating their lack of concern for guests and other staff during pandemic.

Super clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The chili dogs on Wednesday , and soup and salad on Thursday were great extra touches.

It was a great place to stay for our one night in Elko.
In the bathroom shampoo and soap were almost out and hard to get out of the bottles. Other than that, room was wonderful, beds comfortable, tv had a good variety of channels, breakfast was very decent and breakfast area very clean. I would definitely stay again.
