Love this hotel. Clean rooms, very quiet, comfortable beds. Definitely a great place to stay if you need a place to crash, whether for a night or a week. There isn't a pool which I didn't mind because I never use the pools at hotels. Although my daughter and son in law were a bit disappointed that my granddaughter couldn't "swim" off some energy. No complimentary breakfast because the rooms are kitchenettes, but it still would have been nice to have a little something to grab if you you were in a hurry to get back on the road. Although it is conveniently located pretty much right off the freeway, close to shopping and restaurants.
Checked in about 8pm last night after a long stressful day to the kindest most thoughtful front desk person i was in pain from a recent injury and without me asking she came around loaded my bags on a luggage cart and took them to my room and unloaded them when I tried to tip her she said no not necessary at all she was happy to help I won't stay any other place in elko from now on
I was referred to Ledgestone by another hotel that was full when we were passing through Elko. We arrived late in the evening, and were out early the next morning. When I arrived home from my travels I found that they tacked on an additional $95 to our bill for “Damage/Labor Charge - Alarm Clock, Chair, Dishes”. This more than doubled the cost of the room. I have been trying to contact the hotel, but they tell me I have to speak with a manager, who conveniently is NEVER THERE! The person at the front desk tells me the charge is for a stolen alarm clock, and broken dishes and chairs. THIS IS FRAUDULENT!! We did not use the chairs, and I didn’t even notice if there was an alarm clock in the room! There were definitely no broken dishes! I have left my name and number for the manager to call back, but no response. DO NOT STAY HERE!! THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!!
Great rooms and staff. The perfect spot to stop. If you want quiet, stay here. Right off the freeway You will not be disappointed. No breakfast, No pool, No problem. There is a Starbucks nearby for the fill up before hitting the road.
Great hotel, helpful and friendly staff, rooms were clean and well taken care of. Free laundry is always a plus too. Kitchen was well equipped. Great location just off 80. I would recommend anyone to stay here especially if out of town working.
We stopped at Ledgestone last minute. Looked at the reviews and it was rated very highly. Very nice staff, and the room was amazing. First of all it was a room with a kitchenette in it so if you were to stay for an extended time you could make your own food. It looked pretty new & was very clean. Beds were very comfortable!
Ledgestone was recommended from a hotel we usually frequent but had no vacancies this trip. Our room was very comfortable, with a well stocked kitchenette. A perfect room temperature. A very comfortable bed. Also a nice compact fitness center which I didn't use this trip. Easy to get to off I-80. We have added Ledgestone as a new place to stay in Elko.
They have EV chargers! 3 Tesla Destination chargers and at least one standard J1772 EV charger. That's what got me in the door here. The price seemed steep at first (road tripping, I'd prefer a basic "closet with a bed and a charging station"), but what you get for the price is A M A Z I N G. A full, properly tooled kitchen with utensils, dishes, cookware, and a full fridge (actually the same fridge I have at home). An incredibly large bathroom. A ridiculously comfortable bed. And it's all so clean, it looks like it was built yesterday, just for me. 12/10 stars. Priced perfectly at the intersection of "just want a cheap room" and "want a luxury suite", it'll make anyone happy. The WiFi is also reasonably fast for the middle of nowhere - in the area of 4 mbps, so it gets the job done. A whoooole lot better than T-Mobile roaming on Union Cellular through Wyoming... (I'm pretty sure that only exists for emergency calls ;) )
We had reservations at another hotel in town (for 2 1/2 months) and the afternoon of the reservation, the other hotel "discovered they were over sold". They called the Ledgestone and the Ledestone was able to accommodate us. The hotel clerk was very patient and helpful. She helped us get rooms (at 10:30 PM) and was very pleasant even with six people trying to get rooms and the phone ringing. She was the only person there. The room was very nice (it was the handicap room) but we loved it. The night clerk was great. The hotel was cheaper, newer and nicer than the one we originally had booked. It didn't come with breakfast but we loved the stay.
Over a 150 bucks and for what? Nope, don't come here unless you are staying long term and bringing all your own food and don't forget some olive oil or something. They provide coffee and no breakfast. No pool. They have and ice machine yay that's exciting. They have free guest laundry. If they are close to booked, don't ask for a military discount. They won't give you one. This town is a hole, but people come here to gamble. It's a newer hotel so it's pretty clean, no smart TVs so bring your roku stick or and hdmi coed and a computer. The beds are HARD. Other reviews say they are comfortable, but they are not for side sleepers. I'll never stay here again. My back hurts already and I haven't even tried to sleep yet. Just watching some tv. Way to cheap out and overcharge. Did I mention it was clean? That's about it.
