Internet was not working,TV you can't change volume, dirty over all, night crew not helpful
Old, dated rooms with tired-looking paint/trim, etc, but I guess that's what budget motels are like in Elko.
The place is worn down need some up keep. The ice machine was broken. The pillows were great.
I want to make sure I get my money back they told me I couldn’t stay at the motel because I had a local ID so please I would like my money entered back in my account!
It was nice and clean and the staff was friendly.
It is really old and needs new carpet and new mattresses. But you get what you pay for and we chose this because it was so cheap on purpose. But don't pick this if you want a nice place to stay. Also the water faucet didn't work properly
Please consider switching to paper products in the breakfast area. Styrofoam never biodegrades. Otherwise, the stay was perfectly fine. Thanks
For the price, I won’t complain too much. It was sad to see the lady at the desk had no help. We came into a room that only had working lights at the sink, but the rest of the lights did not work. So they had to move us upstairs to the top floor. Thankfully my elder parents could move enough to get up the steps, but it was shocking to see there was no elevator. The carpet could use some replacing too. But the stay was overall decent.
Our room was very clean which was very appreciated! Some parts of the motel seemed very worn (hallway carpet.) Neither our sink or toilet drained very well (room 115 if anyone reads this-sorry I meant to mention it when I was checking out!) Breakfast wasn't real impressive but it was adequate especially given the low cost of this motel. The air conditioning was kinda loud but it worked well. The toilet occasionally ran loudly during the night. But overall the place was fine for an 11pm to 8am stopover while traveling I-80.
It was clean and the room was large. There was a fridge in the room which we appreciated. It was a nice place to stay and we’d choose it again.
The property looks like it is starting renovations. The lobby was closed, so we checked in through the Super 8 lobby. The hallway and room carpets are very worn. Hopefully the renovations will clean this issue too.
