After driving 8 hours we discover the knob for the bath/shower is broken. After we brought our things in, my grandkids with us and our service animal we had to move to another room. We dragged all of our things to a new room to discover there is no hot water. We were told at 9:35pm in 20 minutes we would have hot water. No hot water, went to bed at midnight. Next morning hot water. I wanted to talk to the Manager about a refund but we just wanted to go home
Our stay was terrible. They checked us into the wrong room and then after unpacking they asked us to move rooms. Totally ridiculous. They did not compensate for the move and they downgraded us! They didn’t even give us the room we paid for. They said they were all booked and since we went thru a 3rd party platform (Expedia/orbitz) they couldn’t offer us the room. They offered no compensation for the move. This seems to be a management issue. They said they would get back to me about compensation and never did. The pool was also very cold. Furthermore, we were not the only room with problems. As I was waiting in line (which was a long time because of other issues), someone brought in a piece of a door frame that was broken off when they checked in. I would never stay here again.

Pool was very cold, hot tub was only warm at best. Room was clean and comfortable. Toilet in room flushed very slow. Desk worker was really sweet and very helpful. Good breakfast provided.

Feel bad for the staff who were doing the best they could despite being critically short staffed. Had to wait an hour for our room to be cleaned when checking in — at 8pm — that was ok by us bc we had to get dinner anyway. Then breakfast was similar — one staff member seemed totally overwhelmed by morning breakfast rush. But everyone was very friendly and personable. Doing the best they can, but seems like there was a management and staffing vaccuum. The room was great and 24 hour Pool a huge plus for our kid after a long driving day.
Overall hotel as a whole felt understaffed and very undercleaned. Our room had sticky surfaces in bathroom and gobs of others hair left clogging the shower drain. Windows looking to outside were extremely dirty and looked asif thry hadnt been washed in years. Pool area bathroom was very dirty and smelled of vomit. Trash cans in lobby/ public areas were full and trash spilling out. Wasn't the worst stay ever, but was not high quality.
The pool and hot tub area were great. The breakfast was weak.
It was very quiet and beds extremely comfortable . The bath fixtures weren’t very clean . Lots of calcium buildup

Dated and worn, not worth the price we paid. Hot tub was closed, which was the main reason to book. Carpet an furniture was really worn. One of the more expensive hotels in the area.
Not too big on Covid protection. Night manager weren't wearing mask properly and even though it said there is 48 hours between occupancy they don't seem to do that anymore.
The room and hotel were both clean. I enjoyed my stay.

I am so sorry for your experience. This is not Best Western standards nor is it ours. We had employees walk out that weekend and we tried very hard to fulfill requests but greatly struggled. We have hired an entire new house keeping staff and hope you will try our hotel again in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
