This is our second time here and it hasn’t disappointed. The design is beautiful, that staff is amazing, the location is unbeatable. A wonderful place for toddlers. Very family oriented.
The place to be in the winter time! The food, the staff, the ambiance is everything and more!!! The “Heated Pool” is a must during winter, you won’t regret it:-). I definitely recommend this place to anyone. Definitely staying again! Looking forward to the summer time and drink veuve clicquot yellow all day!
The front desk service was poor. Each exchange with the front desk either was misunderstood, or not acted upon. The resort fee should cover ice skating, and the website indicated Snow shoeing was available each day when in reality it was only available M, W, F. Emailing the concierge went unanswered for an entire day. Shuttle driver was the only person at the resort who explained the amenities and benefits of the resort. Housekeeping was friendly.
This was one of my favorite vacations thanks to the Edgewood Hotel. The staff was outstanding and the location is breathtaking! Our room surpassed our expectations and so did the restaurants. We stayed for our Babymoon and did not want to leave. We will definitely be back to show our little one this magical place!
