The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we showed up 45 mins before check in time and we weren't allowed to check in only because the hotel before this allowed us to due to the unfortunate winter storm!

Some hit and miss moments.

The stay was good the check in process was smooth. We got to our room and everything seemed ok until there was no full towel sets. This was odd because anytime I have stayed at any hotel there is always a face towel, wash cloth, and dry towel. All we had was 3 dry towels and 1 wash cloth. I'm not sure if it's like this in all the rooms but that was a huge disappointment. It was 3 of us and we all need our own set of towels. Then the heater kept coming on and when we tried to adjust it the AC didn't work. No I didn't bring this to the attention of the front desk we was already heading out only stayed one night. Bud and got me thinking what am I paying a resort fee for.

Check in was at 4pm and the indoor hot tub closed at 4pm but on the site it says 8pm our purpose of getting a room there was the indoor hot tub waste of time waste of money

The check in line took almost an hour and a half on a Friday afternoon from 4 pm. The employees admitted they were short staff. Our shower was nice and big but the water pressure was weak. Our sink had higher water pressure than the shower.

Went there for a Volleyball tournament. They werent staffed enough for the amount of people checking in and check in is 4PM. Got 1/2 way checked and was told room wasnt ready and to check back in 20 minutes. I had to wait in line for 45 minutes after my 20 minutes. Ridiculous! The bathroom floors had dirt in the corners. The casino had big holes in the ceilings and the disabled elevator outside was broken. I will never stay at a Balley’s ever again. Very dissapointing for the money i paid.
