Just Average. Family Stayed for Soccer Tournament Bit noisy, elevators, drunk people. Could never reach concierge, front desk, or anyone by phone. Not sure if i’d stay here again.. but that is just my opinion.. for my needs.

The room was very unclean (only thing possibly clean was the beds were made) . Just not satisfied for the price you pay! Pool area looked really cool but was closed for maintenance during my stay. I did like the location was walk able .

Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. However most the outlets were not working. Instead of having our phones on nightstands we had to charge our phones on outlet wall by television. Then hairdryer did not work however we called to front desk and they brought another one right away. Staff we encountered at check in and check out had no personality. They b seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Won’t stay here again.

Not a place to stay for vacation

The hotel was horrible! There are 4 elevators for 16 floors. They were always packed and a line that took 15 mins to get to an elevator. Next, the pool has posted hours. On days that they actually opened the pool, they would then close 20 mins before posted time. On top of that, they lost their power and allowed rooms to get over 80 degrees. Staff is not nice. We will not stay there again. There are 3 or 4 hotels close by, please stay elsewhere.

Room smelled of smoke and weed. Asked to change rooms and got nowhere. Finally changed rooms on second night but than air conditioning was not working well and shower water was cold.

Relaxing mini stay for one

I traveled a whole 1 1/2 hours up the hill to do a little solo R&R. I was in no hurry to get anywhere during my stay so all the road work was not a problem. Thankful my room was clean, quite and I had a little view of the lake. Didn’t spend a lot of tine in the room so happy when I was there the shower water was just right, AC great and bed was comfy. Would definitely book again.
