The fridge was broken. The tv was broken. The cabinet wouldn’t close (toe banger in the middle of the night) and DO NOT was at Cafe de Soul. Fair warning.

The price was a good deal, and it was close to Harvey’s amphitheater where I was seeing a show. But my non-smoking room smelled very strongly of cigarettes. There was a used washcloth on the bathroom counter and an open bar of soap. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The next morning I discovered the hair dryer did not work.

The elevators were a nightmare. Took along time to come, 2 didn’t work, could only hit floors at a time. Beds were comfortable but they needed some better chairs to sit in, while in the room.

Not my first time at this property, we love it! Clean rooms, super nice pool and jacuzzi (that were unfortunately closed this time we stayed), nice personnel. Our room was missing towels but a quick call to the front desk fixed that quickly. Will be returning! Thank you for having us!

The location at this property is great as it’s only a few minutes walk to Heavenly village. The rooms were wide and comfortable for us as we normally carry a lot of things like coolers, beach chairs, and luggage. Bathrooms are spacious as well. We reserved a non smoking room and it was great. A/C was importantly for us as we visited in July and worked well during our stay. Parking was easy and the parking garage had plenty of space. Self parking garage was clean and had easy access to the hotel. We will stay again here for our next trip

The room was beautifully renovated, clean, and comfortable. There was a note saying there was no room cleaning unless you specifically requested it. I requested some fresh towels and soaps, which they brought in five minutes…Overall enjoyable three night stay.
