The room is really clean. I love the 2 bathroom set up. Indoor pool is amazing for my kiddos. Great customer service, valet staff are friendly and efficient. We will definitely stay here again.

We were locked out of our rooms both of them for over an hour. They could not get the door to open, we sat there all four of us me and three 80 plus year-old women who all needed to use the restroom really bad we had to sit on the floor in the hallway because they wouldn’t have even made it back downstairs when we asked for help, they sent numerous different people and no one could open the doors. There was an issue with the battery on the door so Maintenance finally came up and changed everything. They also told us to get a hold of Expedia for a refund because that’s who we went through.

Phone has no menu so unable to contact the front desk. I spoke to the virtual concierge about the noises the mini fridge made and she said that maintenance would come replace it but no one ever came. You’re constantly blasted with texts about using their app to order food but then you’re charged to PICK UP YOUR OWN ORDER.

The cleaning staff were fantastic, BUT... The pillows were massive. Unusable for regular-size humans. Getting "normal" sized pillows took two days, several calls to Housekeeping, the front desk and finally a walk down to the Front Desk. It souldn't have taken that much effort and the new pillows were still ridiculously HUGE. The towels were far from soft. The door to the room didn't quite close all the way which we discovered upon returning to an unlocked room the second day. The shower door scraped when you opened or closed it. Most of all the rooms lights were way bright. There was no way to have softer light in the room. A dimmer would have solved this.

Peeling paint on bathroom and bed room ceiling. Wallpaper peeling on shower wall. Refridgerator didn't work. Outside mirror next to door was held on the wall with duct tape how tacky. When we told front desk attendant it was like they didn't care which is a shame. We paid resort fee daily of $38.50 and $20.00 for parking fee daily. So $58.50 above daily room charge we paid so you'd think they could take care of neede repairs.

The lobby stank of cigarette smoke, the kids have to walk through that to get to the elevators. The room itself, the curtains were torn, one section off its hook, the cabinet door to the fridge wouldn't close and no matter how many yimes you called room setbife, housekeeping or the front desk, no one would actually come and drop off the things asked for. Just a horrible experience. Never staying here again.

Room was 75 degrees with some thermostat from 80s that never allowed the room to cool down to sleep left early tried to cancel 2nd night not sure if that ever went through .. I was charge 140 from you then 225 when I got there not sure how that all worked out but ya terrible
