Working to improve the property shouldn't be the standard response to comments....this hotel reflects what happens when you don't hire a maintenance man. The carpets are clean but desperately need repair. Many small repairs are required in the room; window drapes need to work, bathroom requires caulk in several places, toilet runs, etc. Spa was broken, business center doesn't work, no coffee in room, several lights outside the hotel had broken glass or simple didn't work. Room card worked the first day and not the second, there seems to be a group of strange folks that are staying there full time in the southwest corner of the hotel. Fresh paint and carpet would do wonders...room wasn't cleaned after our first night and discussed this with the front desk and they stated that I needed to let them know the night before that cleaning was required. Decided to stay at the Townplace by Marriott for the rest of the week, for $40 more per night, breakfast was included, and their room was new and everything worked, also in the same general area of Elko so it's worth every dollar. It's not all bad, room is quiet and located in a shopping complex so that's convenient. Microwave and refrigerator were handy, however the mattresses need to be replaced as both had deep impressions from others sleeping in them..not a deal breaker but never experienced that in a hotel before.
Air conditioner not working. Room was not clean. Debris on the floor. Only decaf coffee stocked in the room with no condiments. Shower pressure very low with off and on hot water
The front staff was very good. The entire hotel is showing its age. Attempts at updating are good but not enough.
Hotel desperately needs upgrades. Run down, rooms, pool and hot tub. Staff was very friendly.
Very nice and clean rooms. Bed better han home.
Convenient place at 11pm for a quick night stay and early am departure. Everything worked fine, the room was clean, it was quiet... and it fit my needs. However, if I had to stay for multiple nights, I'd prefer some place newer. It was overpriced for the condition it is in.
We stay here because it's convenient. It was good at first, but it gets worse each time. Couldn't ever take a shower! The water just drizzled......not cool. The room was not clean, towels were dirty and non-absorbent. We come to Elko regularly. I think we will be looking for a new regular place! We have NEVER been able to use the pool or hot tub. ALWAYS filthy!
Absolutely terrible experience. Chose hotel for fitness center. ALL equipment broken. No working ice machine on the property. I had to go BUYMY OWN ICE at the local maverick. Room was NOT clean by any standard, forget covid standards.

This visit I was a little disappointed: no coupon for a nearby breakfast, wifi not working well (desk clerk was apologetic but reluctant even to give me the password), and the bathroom sink had some reddish spots that were easy to rinse away. Inn is well located and I will give them another try. Occupancy seemed pretty high especially for a random late September day.
The morning crew was kind. I was uncomfortable walking through the side doors with smokers constantly there. The tub in the upstairs didn't drain well.
We always stay here when we drive from California to Colorado. People don't like to give reviews because you are too controlling about what we do or don't want to say! Is that enough words now!
Hot tub was down for undetermined reason, so was steam room. Pool was warmish despite front desk claim it was hot. Half empty bottle of Gatorade under light beef and only one bath towel.
Check in was handled professionally, she was new, but remained professional when she got a little flustered. I was surprised to see laminate flooring in the room, but think it's a great idea. Other than that it was a typical hotel stay - nothing extraordinary, but clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was offered as free but was only $4 off at Dennys...not really free.
It was near downtown and casinos. Gave a coupon for breakfast at a resturant near by $4.00 off.
The only problems were the water never got hit in the shower & we left 2 min after 11 & they wouldn't offer there vouchers to eat very rude front desk girl
Very close to the freeway and easy to get to. Like the fact that the pool was open 24 hours.
This was the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff was courteous and it was apparent that the room I stayed in wasn't a "discount" room.

I am so glad to know that the morning staff was kind and helpful, but want to apologize for the issues that you did encounter. We are working to create a smoking area to prevent people from smoking closer to any doors. I let maintenance know about the tub issues to make sure the drain is not clogged.
