The receptionist staff were very unfriendly, They are the one that suppose to be the first one to make you feel welcome because they are the face of the hotel and they are the worse on staff in the hotel. There were kids in the hallway talking very early about 6am. I left my cellphone in my room and when I got back I notice that my phone had 15 times unsuccessfully to log in, someone came in when I was not there.
I appreciated the excellent service and speedy attention. Everyone was kind.

I have stayed here 2 and has been great ❣️ The restaurant staff is amazing . The only thing about our last stay was bad administrative decisions when you have a several basketball ball teenagers on the same floor with seniors we didn’t sleep all night and we called the office several times. Why not use a floor for them and all the rest of us on other floors. Lack of judgment.
