This was off-season so the property was under construction but we did not know until we checked in. The pools were closed and it was very noisy all day. The hotel/condo was clean and felt safe, the staff was nice and the meals we had were good. However, the area outside the hotel felt very unsafe with police checkpoints in and out of town. The town itself was deserted and full of trash with broken-down buildings and empty lots. We left early.

I really like this property. All the units that I have stayed in are very nice! I like that it is super kid friendly and the security is top notch
The location in relationships to the beach was amazing. Amenities were clean. The prices for beverages at the pool were little on the high side.
Great resort, great view, & we will definitely come back & recommend to family & friends. Check in process was horrible and the person who helped us check in was not friendly or professional. We tried calling the receptionist for room service several times and no one would answer.
The rooms were clean and the property was constantly being looked after, cleaned and picked up.

Air conditioning air filter extremely dirty all plugged up and bathroom forwards the balcony smelled. Asi food came with a cockroach.

I liked the pools and the calm and warm water of the beach. They took 40 minutes to checked me in, too much paperwork. The food in restaurants is pretty good but expensive. The food at the pool bar is low quality. The weather was hot in July, we recommend you to go at the beginning or end of summer.
