Overall we had a good vacation, this was our first trip with our 1.5 year old so our experience was really focused on that. The beach was beautiful, soft sand, and swimming, the highlight of our trip. In general the property was very nice, clean and the staff around the property were great. All of the pools were also great and you could always fine a place to sit with shade. We did have a few things we didn't love though, the first being check -in. I had previously fully completed online check in, including uploading our passports, but they fully re-did everything again by the time we waited in line and finally got checked in it was close to an hour. Next our room, we stayed in a junior pool sweet which on first glance was perfect, just like the pictures, my issues were that

Just got back today, might i say it was beyond my expectation! Had an amazing time, food was great, so many options available, amazing sweet & friendly staff who want to make sure you’re beyond happy & comfortable!! such a beautiful & clean resort, they had a tracker out on the beach every morning cleaning the seaweed, they also were non stop cleaning in general all around the resort which i loved, i also witnissed the staff testing the pools which caught me off guard but made me feel even more comfortable seeing how precise they were. It is a very family friendly place if you wanted to make it a family vacation as well as a quiet & private get away you can spend a romantic time away with your loved one! Definitely worth every star! We booked the two tower room, my absolute favorite room!!!

The place was clean. They put a lot of effort to keep this place clean. The staff are very friendly and professional. They are very accommodating. Gabriel from the excellence club was an amaZing bar tender. Really great drinks. His skills made the experience even better. Kevin at the entertainment was very pleasant and experienced to make the pickle ball session and bike tour great. Great warmth. Our server at Domo and at the Mexican restaurant, Pedro was really good. He knows the dishes well and provided perfect service and information. He made us welcomed at the restaurants. This really sets a high standard for an all inclusive.

I booked a double room, with the choice of either two beds or a king, but they try to give you the worst room in the worst location, far from everything, and expect you to accept it. This didn’t just happen to me—it also happened to two of my friends. For example, I had already paid and booked a double bed room, but at check-in the receptionist told me they only had a single bed room with a sofa bed, even though there were two of us. That is completely unacceptable To be fair, the hotel itself is clean, the beach is nice, and the room service and food are good. But they do not provide accurate information. They sell the hotel as if it’s a “summer resort” package with lots of choices, but in reality, it’s very limited. For example, the website says there are ten restaurants, but after 5 p.m. only two restaurants are actually open, and when I asked why, I was told it was because there were fewer guests. If that’s the case, the price should also be lower. Overall, this hotel is not a good choice for younger people or anyone looking for fun. There’s really nothing to enjoy here. I would not recommend it.
