Great place to stay with or without your family. Beach and pools are fantastic. Staff friendly and rooms nice a comfortable

Within the resort area was very safe. As others have recommended, leaving the resort beyond is not recommended. The accommodation was excellent, cleaning staff great, food was all inclusive with many choices, very enjoyable, the sunrise was most enjoyable at the CRU when having early breakfast.

Great property awesome food great view of the beach!! only downside is it does not have much of a nightlife no shows and bars, close kind of early besides at a hotel is amazing and the food is very good. Definitely worth getting the all inclusive.

It’s a very clean resort with big pools. The pool is not crowded so we had a lot of fun. Room is very clean and the view is amazing. I love the optional all inclusive idea so that we don’t have to be all inclusive when we are at the parks who offers meals. I probably will be back again with my families.

I am satisfied with the service & the cleanliness of the property. The staff are very helpful. The only turned me down was the service we had @ the Trattoria. We had a 7 pm reservation until 9 pm we did not get our desserts. And our server was not very attentive with what we request. For a cheese to bring it takes half an hour and the pizza which part of our main course we are already ready to leave before they serve. We just remind the Host if it will serve. It happened last jan 01. Good thing the Fasano resto made it up before we check out the following day. First and last visits we made they never failed. Kudos to the kitchen & server staff.

This was our first family vacation!! This place was amazing! Staff was friendly, very clean hotel, assessable to many other destinations.

Good hotel

Service was just okay. They didnt know about how long to het to airport at check in. Then to get a taxi they quoted a different price. Can getnless expensive taxis away from hotel...alos be careful. Agree on price before you get in car they can overcharge in very brazen way

While the staff is as friendly as ever, and the quality of the food in the Fasano restaurant is well above average for an all-inclusive, Emporio has consistently gotten worse over the 3 times in the past two years I’ve been staying here. For starters, several pools were green with algae when we arrived and weren’t cleaned until the following day (but realistically never should have been neglected enough to turn green to begin with). The hotel is still under construction after two years and while the noise is minimal, it’s still a nuisance. I wound up accidentally using the family bathroom by the Fasano restaurant and pool, and due to maintenance issues wound up being trapped inside for 15 minutes due to a faulty lock. They tried to blame me rather than trying to offer me any sort of compensation (even a 15 minute massage) for holding me prisoner in their bathroom. Ok I should mention that All Inclusive means ALL. It doesn’t mean partially inclusive or mostly inclusive, it means all food and drink (with the exception of specific high value liquors) is free. Two years ago Emporio was free. Now they nickle and dime you charging you $300 pesos to deliver room service, $55 for a cappucino with your breakfast, or charging you to order off the normal breakfast menu at their restaurant (when it never was this way in the past). They also charge you for a can of coke (which you’re going to ask for because almost all coke they serve is flat). All in all won’t be back.

It is a beautiful property on a very nice beach. The staff were friendly. We had a lovely stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic beach location, property is beautiful. Great pools. Great breakfast with lots of options. View from our ocean front room was just wow! No complains.

Family with small children

It’s a very clean resort with big pools. The pool is not crowded so we had a lot of fun. Room is very clean and the view is amazing.
