Loved it good food and friendly staff beach was clean rooms were clean

Everyone was nice but unable to communicate effectively. The food was not that good and options on property were minimal, we walked down to marriott to eat. The linens are scarce, when we did have them service the room they left 1 wash rag or none for a double bed room which should indicate 2 or more people. This was the complaint even after visiting the front desk. They hotwater is apparently turned off at night solate night showers sucked. I was not made aware that this is more of a local "resort" if you care to call it that. It does not have a SPA tub, unfortunately I misread or confused my search because I never would have booked if I realized that there was NO SPA tub. Overall it was an okay stay.

Emporio goes above and beyond for your satisfaction. I left my cellphone in my room and realized it when I was at the airport. I called the front desk to see if it was there and they found it in my room. The guys were so kind, they sent my phone in a TAXI to the airport! I mean if that doesn’t mean they are willing to do anything for you, I don’t know what will. Emporio is beautiful, the people there are beautiful people. So kind and left wanting to go back there! Thank you to the employees, this hotels deserves a 5 star rating and much more than that.

This was my first time going to Mexico and Emprio Cancun hotel was recommened to me by a good friend of mine. The hotel is quiet to relax and get away from the routine life. The room is very confortable with an amazin view to the beach. The hotel zone as it is called in cancun is very safe and you can walk late at night if you want to without being scared.

I really enjoyed this hotel. We booked a hotel having a view of the ocean. My Stay at the Emperio was fabulous! The staff was nice, the buffet and restaurant was excellent, and their was a very convenient store right next to the main entrance. The main lobby had lots of seating areas, and I felt very comfortable. When you first arrive at the hotel, the bellmen greet you and take your bags so their is no hassle, and take it to your room.(That takes around 10-15 min) The hotel is placed in a very convenient area, and it is a popular hotel so many tour buses are booked to pick up people from emporio. The pool is excellent. I like that the staff greeted us when we got to the pool, and first, they gave us a menu for a bar, and then gave us a menu for the restaurant/buffet adjacent to the pool. The pool is very big, and their is a lot of space to do things. Their is a bar in the pool, so their is chairs in the pool and you could have a drink. Speaking of drinks, they have a wide selection of drinks to choose from and they also offer drinks without alcohol. When at the pool the staff offered to play a game of volleyball with us. There is a volleyball net in the pool and one on the beach. They also have a stand where you can rent soccer, volley, and other types of balls for free, just sign your name! Thier is ping-pong in the pool area. Thier is also a wide assortment of chairs for the beach and beds. My only complaint is the beach. Their is to much seaweed and current is to strong.

Perfect stay!! We enjoyed everything about there, clean pool, great breakfast and friendly staff!!

Check in was late 1.5 hrs, waited for the room to be cleaned and ready. Otherwise great 👍

My wife and I liked the hotel so much, we stayed an extra day (6 days, five nights). The hotel was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the beach and pool were relaxing and beautiful.
