I absolutely loved my room. We had an ocean view room and it was just breathtaking to wake up to. Room was clean and spacious. Food wasn’t too great, but everyone there, staff were all very nice and accommodating. Specially the pool bartenders! Amazing. Thank you for the hospitality will def be back again!

Great hotel and great staff

I loved how it was next to the beach and the view was amazing

The property had different pools based on the activity you wanted (family, games, adult only) and they kept them all very clean! The staff worked constantly on cleanliness and to keep the facility looking nice. The food was so/so, we did not opt for the all inclusive, so we ventured out off the resort for dinners most meals. We did eat breakfast on the resort, they had a buffet with good options, our favorite was the chiliquiles! Overall, I was worried based on some past reviews, but we really enjoyed our stay. Basic amenities, but for the price, it was a great option for us.

We wanted adults only. There were kids crying everywhere. It is a local destination and nobody spoke English. We did not want to check in because we knew the hotel was not for us. The hotel manager released us from our stay with no penalties but said we have to contact Expedia who handles the money. I called Orbitz 6-8 times and was disconnected multiple times. When I was transferred to an agent I sat on the phone for 45 minutes and then was disconnected. I called again and was disconnected after 20 minutes - I spent over four hours on the phone with no results. I did not want to spend my families first day in Cancun on the phone with Expedia as it was now past five o'clock. We felt forced to check in. We have always used Orbitz for our trips and never had a bad experience but this was not for us. We could not communicate with any of the staff except for the front desk, who said many people find themselves in your situation. The food sucked. The pool area was incredibly slippery, in fact I slipped and landed on my arm which was bruised for the entire trip. We watched people take horrible falls the entire time we were in the pool. The had one sign that said slipped in Spanish, though the entire concrete surrounding the pool was like ice. The next day, we checked out of the hotel. Your agent, who I communicated with through a chat instructed me to get the managers name and title with the release. Now I had a new manager. She penalized us for two nights. You guys don't care.

Nothing

I like that you have the choice of getting the inclusive package. The room we were in was very clean and modern, we had an amazing view of the ocean. I didn't like the super loud music by the pool, since I wanted to relax. Also, people were being loud at night by the pool and bar. Luckily once in my room the noise level would be canceled.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past year and will not be going back. The service here keeps getting worse and worse. All of my stays have been during COVID, so they can’t use that as an excuse. The food selection recently at the buffet is much less than it was previously. They also closed down one restaurant to instead open another bar, leaving this place with one mediocre Italian restaurant and a buffet. Upon checkin there was a sign stating guests had until 11pm to order room service, I even took a photo. When my wife and I wanted some food, we weren’t in a hurry, but at 10:40 when we called to order the kitchen told us “we closed at 10:30” and they refused to take our order. I went to the front desk and they confirmed that room service was offered until 11pm, even verifying the signs saying so on their counters. They called the kitchen and couldn’t get their lazy workers to follow their posted guidelines of hours to make a simple sandwich for me and a salad for my wife. She just made up excuses and told me the manager would be in touch with me the following day (which NEVER happened). This is not only false advertising, but also violates Mexico’s own laws. I had also requested twice (once upon booking and once upon checkin) to have the room made special, no matter the extra cost, as we were celebrating our honeymoon. Absolutely nothing was done. And they’re still doing renovations a year later… stay somewhere else!

We stayed here for 7 days and the hotel it’s self was great. Staff were very friendly and always ready to assist. The only issue with this hotel was the food. Very poor quality food. I was surprised they didn’t have authentic Mexican food. It was all Americanize. I was extremely beyond glad that I didn’t get the all inclusive other wise I would had been even more upset. Other than the food the view, pools, and beach was amazing. Give this place a chance just don’t count on the food.

Wow! Get an ocean view room, like 30 meters from the beach, so awesome! Buffet restaurant was so-so. Pools were awesome and clean. Seaweed plagues the coat this time of year, nature will do what nature does. They have early morning crews taking care of it the best they can, Good job Emporio!

Just a overall clean environment. I appreciate that.

Very respectful people. All staff. Claen. The food can be better. But other wise it was ok

We did the massages on the beach and it was convenient that it was offered. We also did the romantic dinner on the beach and it was perfect.

Nice hotel wiukd consider it a 3.5 star, staff was friendly and helpful, cleanliness needs to be improved.
