Despite the fact that AA is so huge, the personnel in the airplane makes it like a small family. The boarding crew in LA at gate 46A and 46B in Terminal 4 could be more friendlier and sensitive to customers especially to the ones who’s airplane to New Orleans was delayed, delayed and kept changing time of departure from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, 10:30pm, and then the last we heard was to 1:30 am because the plane was delayed coming into LA and then when it did, they said they had no pilot to fly it. The flight attendants at boarding 46A were not kind, friendly and sensitive to their customers especially the Asian man. He was abruptly to the customers to us and customers to New Orleans. This situation doesn’t make AA looks good.
