The carpets in the rooms were dirty and stained. The mattresses were stained. I had to change my room 4 times. Finally got a room that was ok. Had to hand clean my carpet because of the stains and smell that was in the room from the dirty and musty carpets. Geese poop in the grass leading to the pool which deterred me from using the pool.

This is the dirty water that came from the carpet after I hand cleaned half of the carpet

It was unkept outside, cleanish inside, they couldn’t give us enough towels… we had three people and it took two days to get a third towel. There was a live band that played really loudly until past 11 PM one night. Strange place

Stayed for 4 nights, location is great with lots of restaurant options. The building was unfortunately not up to par with the pictures posted. We had constant issues with the key card for our room, there are no microwave or mini refrigerator in the room which was inconvenient. The bushes surrounding the lake made it impossible to really enjoy the scenic views. The breakfast was basic, Waves restaurant and club was interesting. The staff were friendly and helped when needed. Overall would return but not beyond one night.

Sadly, I didn’t like my room. The carpeting was old and dark. The bathroom needs a total renovation. I couldn’t even bring myself to shower in it. The tub was peeling. The door to the room was hard to open. The bar closes too early. The room had a musty odor. The view was nice, parking was easy and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I would not stay there again because of the room.

It was a quiet place away from Boston. The staff was very friendly & helpful to any needs. We stayed on a weekday so we missed the bar/music. It probably would have been fun. Only downside was the busy traffic en route to airport. A good deal for a reasonable price.

Clean and comfortable

The area of Wakefield that the hotel was in looked like a part of an industrial park. It was hard to imagine a hotel in there. But we stayed lakeside which was nice, it was clean, and comfortable.

Room seemed clean enough. When we walked in our room for the first time (on an extremely hot day during a heat wave), no air conditioning was turned on. Room was extremely hot, but we hoped it would get better. After sightseeing, we returned to our room at night and it was just as hot as before. Fan turned on, but no cool air. Couldn’t even sleep with a blanket on. Breakfast was pretty decent.

Need some serious upgrade, carpet has a smell, door knob seem broken and no internal second lock option, if needed Ice has to go downstairs with ice bucket to ask the desk person for ice, no welcome water, phone in room not working, tv need to be upgrade, room has broken or whole on bathroom door, shower not comfortable and broken, staff/service is below average.
