Very convenient location, property needs updating and refresh - old and tired looking.

Surroundings were run down, trash in the yard on the property. No security, elevator right next to the entrance which was never locked even at night. Room was dirty, carpets felt dirty. Shower stall/tub paint was chipped. The shower drained so slowly that within a minute I was standing in 3 inches of water. Also the bed was terribly uncomfortable. Vending machines were all empty, so I couldn’t even get a drink. The first floor was being renovated, yet it was not blocked off from the stairwell, which I thought was unsafe. There were some strange people staying there; one man walking about the hotel at midnight with no pants on. I was out walking my dog and there were more than a couple cars in the parking lot, just sitting there idling. Weird. I booked three nights and left after only one. There are lots of other properties in the area for a similar price; if you find one, stay there, not here. It will be worth a few extra dollars.

The location is under construction so there are workers moving in and out of the building. During the pandemic there’s only coffee in the room that is subpar. The staff is great though.

Great staff love them deft stay again in the future

I liked that the facility was conveniently located. I did not appreciate that the only difference between a premium and deluxe room was a box of mediocre treats. This is a Red Roof Plus but still just as accommodating as a regular Red Roof Inn.

Didn't like 3pm check in /combined with 11am check out

Booked a 2 night stay to be close to TD Garden for a Cher concert. Checked out after the first night’s stay. Non-welcoming atmosphere, dusty room, two beds with different heights, towels enough for only one person. Although the pool was a nice size, there weren’t more than 3 towels in the bin. There was also an infestation of ants attacking the littering of snacks on the ground next to the chairs and tables in the pool area. The elevator was an ice box. Very bad for wet kids leaving the pool and heading up to room. The continental breakfast was also very disappointing. Wish the property were better maintained. Will not return to this location.

Upon arrival in the room, three out of four lights over the bed didn't work. I went to the front desk for bulbs and the front desk gentleman returned with me to my room. He discovered that two lights would only work if the plug was inserted into the front of the microwave. The other fixture had a burned out bulb and Red Roof did not have a replacement bulb. The shelf in the bathroom was coming off the wall, the toilet handle was loose, and the trim in the bathroom was unattached. The breakfast area was poorly decorated and unorganized. Other than that, it was a clean facility that needs a new maintenance crew.

Nice pool. Bigger than most! Staff kept inside and outside clean. Beds, pillows, etc. average quality. Not a great selection for breakfast.

I wish Orbitz would let me post pics, but the toilet seat cover was dirty after we checked in. Luckily, I travel with Lysol cleaner. Breakfast was just ok, but doable. After we checked out, my husband asked if he could wash his hands after we took our dog out, and the woman at the front desk told him if he didn’t have a key there was no where for him to wash his hands and told him to buy a water bottle from the vending machine. So after we just stayed the night there he wasn’t allowed to wash his hands there?

Courteous, friendly staff Clean environment in hotel room and building

Liked the indoor pool, location and price. Staff was great

One of the elevator doors closed on my arm and almost broke it had to pull it out when I told the staff about it I told him that could have crushed a small child there is no safety feature that stops the door from closing if your arm or anything is in the way not one of them asked me if I was okay or needed any kind of assistance

We have stayed at this property at least 6-8 times over the past few years and have seen it slowly decline. Probably the only good part of the hotel now is the indoor pool.
