We stayed for one night before taking a flight from Logan. The room and the bathroom were spotless clean, the shuttle runs every 20-30 minutes and was very reliable. All in all, great value and will stay again.

Nasty looking bottom of shower, used bar of soap in shower, big toenail by bed, window to street that didn’t lock and…blood specs on the linens (likely evidence of bed bugs). Only hot drink in lobby was regular coffee (no hot water for tea). The staff I interacted with were very friendly. We didn’t complain because we were just there for 1 sleep.

The most wonderful shuttle driver drove back around the airport as my phone fell out of my pocket as I excited the shuttle and I didn’t realize till inside the terminal to check in. Didn’t get his name but he was so sweet! Room was clean. Food was ok for breakfast. Hot tub was torn apart but pool was working. Walked to Revere Beach for sandcastle building competition and it was a scary walk beside a freeway,under the freeway and through some interesting area. Wouldn’t do it again. Can’t even cross the street to get to the grocery store. Fine if you are just spending the night near the airports and use the shuttle.

Checked in and was immediately presented with a notice that all power would be shut down the following morning at 8:30. Prior notice would have let me decide if I wanted to go somewhere else. Instead I had to be up breakfasted and have my luggage downstairs by 8:30. Hampton inn? Never again.

Shuttle was great. Room was a handicap room which was not needed. Room had several areas that could be very dangerous. An ironing board standing in front of toilets, hangers on pegs behind ironing board, shower water emptied into walking areas and one could slip down very easily. We asked for a early wake up call but did not get one at all
