Hotel was under renovation - It was dusty and noisy the entire stay I would not recommend hotel until they finish renovation

Hotel provided a safe haven when we flew into Logan in a snowstorm and could not get home to Worcester. Breakfast was generous. I have no complaints.

Great shuttle from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel back to the airport for my flight. The hotel was very friendly and had nice breakfast bags ready at 5:30 am.

Doing some construction couldn't use the pool, has restaurant with limited menus but good service and provided nice breakfast bag to go. Staff was friendly

Convenient, ftiendly staff and very nice room. Recommend if you wish to be close to airport.

We arrived very late due to flight delays (2am). The hotel is under construction on the exterior so parking was impacted and scaffolding was prominent . The staff was friendly enough however communication that they were putting us in a Handicapped accessible room would have been appreciated. The continental breakfast was excellent and the front desk staff was effective.

Too far away from airport. Terrible shuttle service. Staff not very helpful.

Stayed on our way to and from Italy. Staff was great and made this transit time very nic

We stayed here before our flight out of Boston. So easy getting to the airport. Great way to start our trip.

I was somewhat reluctant to book my stay here. At the time of making my reservation this was the only hotel that wasn't sold out. The was a couple of conventions and two Celtic games in town that week so the hotels were pretty much non existent. I usually stay at a hotel in the Back Bay area although this hotel is located on a highway it was a nice stay. My flight arrived early and I was able to do an early check in. The front desk staff gave information about the hotel and its amentites. The hotel shuttle runs every 20 minutes from the hotel, train station (Wood Island stop), and the airport. The shuttle runs 24 hours so no worries if your flight is early am or late pm just call the hotel and they will tell you where to go to get picked up at the airport. Drivers are nice and friendly and load/unload your bags on the shuttle for you. Angel drives the shuttle 4am-noon he's very friendly and is a wealth of information. The other drivers are awesome as well I am sorry I didn't get their names but this is a great service. They will also take you to local restaurants and bring you back to the hotel just called for pick up. The hotel was very clean. Maricela cleaned my room for the 3 nights I was there. She's great, efficient and thorough. The room always looked and smelled fresh nice and she is extremely friendly as well!!!!! The breakfast was awesome it runs 6-10 and offer a variety of breads/bagels/english muffins, oatmeal with a variety of toppings like berries, brown sugar, almonds, honey, there were 2 waffle makers with the same topping options and a can of redi whip cream so good. Fresh fruits apples, oranges, bananas, citrus fruit bar and a variety of yogurts. Lots of juice, coffee and tea options. As a matter of fact coffee, tea, hot chocolate is offered complimentary 24hrs and in the evening cookies are available. Back to breakfast they had two egg options omelts or hard boiled, a breakfast meat turkey sausage or smoked sausage was what I had I can't remember if there were hash browns I didn't eat them but not sure if it was available. Lots of TVs and the business center was great 3 computers with complimentary printing black and white only, fax machine, printer paper and pens, shedder, postage stamps and a spacious desk. The fitness center is small but has the equipment to get the job done. Towels, 3 TVs, water, mirrors, mats, hand weights, weighted balls, elliptical, bike, treadmill no barbells though. There laundry is good its $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry the hotel will wash if you laundry is down by 8am. There is a table and 2 chairs in the laundry room no TV so bring a book or tablet. The Two Doors Down lounge opens at 5 offer a full bar with burgers, nachos, chili, soup, salad, snacks and sandwiches they take cash or charge it to your room they are not equipped to take debit/credit cards. Overall my stay was nice I would stay there again. What really did it for me was the hotel cleanliness and the shuttle bus. Everyone was helpful had smiles and were very friendly.

We were in the area for a wedding, flew into Boston/Logan Airport. The hotel is located perfectly for access to the airport and downtown Boston. Nice facility, very clean, great breakfast, friendly staff. We will absolutely stay here the next time we are in the area.

Good breakfast when we checked in they didn't tell us where our room was or tell us anything about the hotel and what other offers it had

Very nice professional staff who are very accommodating to my needs

It was a great perk to know that the hotel offered free shuttles to the T. It also was a bonus to use the transport to the cruise terminal. Wish they offered happy hour like other hamptons but was told it's a Boston rule. We would stay again if we ever traveled back to Boston.

In a rundown area but the hotel was nice enough and they had wonderful breakfast options. Seemed like a lot of airline staff stay here

We got into Boston very late at night. We walked out of the airport after gathering our luggage and there appeared the hotel shuttle. We were lucky. The next morning we only waited for a few minutes and the shuttle took us back to the airport and dropped us at the car rental office. It was super!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn. Great Room and friendly staff. The coffee maker in our room was out of order. I went to get coffee from the lobby. It was burned. Ended up at a restaurant. I wish Hampton Inn would provide more opportunities to recycle paper, glass and plastic. The only cups in the rooms were paper cups. If you left water in them for more than an hour they leaked.

Had a good stay.Staff at desk where professional and courteous.Very helpful when we had any questions.Got to speak with some of their staff. They where extremely friendly and courteous. This was a nice hotel. And where we needed to be to get to the sites we where going to visit. And close to the airport.Shuttle service was every 20 minutes.Would definitely go back...

Room was great, service excellent, breakfast excellent and the staff were most accommodating of my needs.

Hotel was good. Breakfast was really good. In town for a trip with my son and brother.
