Shuttle to the airport

Great room. Comfortable bed!

Pros: Easy transfer to/from airport. On-site long-term parking staff were great. Cons: Elevator and room smelled of stale cigarettes (old carpet probably). Air conditioner was so loud and switched on every 5 minutes. They charge $15/night to park your car even when you’re staying in the hotel.

It was ok, not as nice as other Hampton properties I've stayed at.

I liked that I could get a bite to eat at night without going out again. Also the breakfast was excellent and plentiful.

The hotel and staff were great. However, the owners care more about renting parking to flyers than to the hotel guests' parking. It is truly the worst parking situation I've ever seen! Cars on sidewalks, double and triple parked, wedging each other in. Do not stay here if you are driving!!

We've stayed there several times and the parking issue gets significantly more frustrating with each visit. It's a hotel with extended airport parking for travelers. Each night we spent a minimum of 20 minutes looking for a parking space along with several other vehicles. If there were an emergency, the parking lot proves to be very dangerous. Will look for alternative hotels in the area (of which there are many).

Nice room. Comfortable. Very clean thank you! 🙁Only one thing: at 3:am in the lobby, the desk person and many guests were not wearing a mask. That made me uncomfortable. I think it’s important to enforce the mask since we are all coming and going from airports to shuttles and buses etc... thanks

My main purpose for staying at this hotel was the convience of the hotel shuttle. I got up in the morning and intended to hop on the shuttle to get me to the airport 2 hours before my flight. Thats where the issue began... The guy at the front desk told me the shuttle was running 50 minutes late. I asked him twice more that he did indeed mean fifty minutes and he both tomes confirmed this. He then recommended i call an Uber which i did. On my way out the door he told the next person it was 15 minutes late. Fifteen vs fifty. So which was it? I'll never know. I hopped in my Uber and proceeded to the airport. I saw no traffic that the hotel shuttle was allegedly stuck in. The entire purpose of my stay was peace of mind and convenience. I got neither.

This hotel was very clean, nice bedding, very comfortable.

So close to the airport. Comfortable room, friendly helpful staff, easy booking and check in.

Closer to Logan Airport, but too noisy. I believed some people are smoking marijuana in there rooms. I could see smokes when walking the hall way, and strong smell of it.
