Place is horrible. Booked, reserved and paid for a king size room. When i arrived i was told that they dont have any king size bed rooms available. Was given a room with 2 full size beds. Im a big guy and a full size is tiny for me. When contacted hotel for a resolution i was told the best they could do is a 20% refund for the inconvenience. Place doesnt care about its custumers, absolute dump

Room was nice. I expected a separate living room and bedroom as the photos showed. That was not the case ZERO in-room amenities. Thinnest possible towels and thinnest possible toilet paper. TERRIBLE room service. Stayed six nights. Only three days were serviced. “Executive Lounge” is pathetic, and insufficient in seating with no service and limited buffet service As “Executive Lounge” is not open on weekends… we received a breakfast coupon. Waited a full hour for the poor overworked lovely sole server to get to us SURPRISE: $17 / day to park your car. Really? Why was it not in the listing? No, I will not stay there again

Busy hotel, close to schools, that’s the only reason to choose this hotel. Room is just ok, dated and not very comfortable, house keeping cleaned my room very late in the afternoon, and throughout my toothbrush and toothpaste, breakfast was just fine.

DO NOT STAY HERE- MICE IN ROOM Where to start?! We checked in late at night with small children. There was brown dried water on the bathroom floor, looked liked toilet had leaked? I wanted to call down but husband just cleaned it- disgusting. Went to call down for more towels and receiver was stuck to the phone. After pulling it came unstuck but was repulsive. Husband went down for towels. Beds seemed clean though, kids exhausted and settled in. The next morning we woke up and started getting ready and there is a MOUSE in the room. An alive RODENT, running around!!! DISGUSTING!!! my husband immediately went down to get assistance, and was told someone would be "right up". It took us 10 minutes or so to quickly throw items in bags while I tried to keep it trapped in the corner, during which I heard ANOTHER mouse in the cupboard!!! NO ONE came up. We went downstairs absolutely livid and disgusted (we were on the 5th floor by the way! So sure there is mice all over!). It was bad. We were refunded and after multiple phone calls back and forth awarded a very small amount of points considering the situation. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CONTACTED. DO NOT STAY HERE. PICTURE ATTACHED OF MOUSE!
