DO NOT STAY HERE- MICE IN ROOM Where to start?! We checked in late at night with small children. There was brown dried water on the bathroom floor, looked liked toilet had leaked? I wanted to call down but husband just cleaned it- disgusting. Went to call down for more towels and receiver was stuck to the phone. After pulling it came unstuck but was repulsive. Husband went down for towels. Beds seemed clean though, kids exhausted and settled in. The next morning we woke up and started getting ready and there is a MOUSE in the room. An alive RODENT, running around!!! DISGUSTING!!! my husband immediately went down to get assistance, and was told someone would be "right up". It took us 10 minutes or so to quickly throw items in bags while I tried to keep it trapped in the corner, during which I heard ANOTHER mouse in the cupboard!!! NO ONE came up. We went downstairs absolutely livid and disgusted (we were on the 5th floor by the way! So sure there is mice all over!). It was bad. We were refunded and after multiple phone calls back and forth awarded a very small amount of points considering the situation. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CONTACTED. DO NOT STAY HERE. PICTURE ATTACHED OF MOUSE!

We were told that some rooms included breakfast but ours did not. Then we were told we had to pay $17 for parking. That fee was not mentioned anywhere on our reservation. Both of these things were upsetting

The entire hotel was absolutely spotless! It was a very nice, clean hotel! The hotel staff was AMAZING! I cannot rave about them enough! They were so sweet and kind. The hotel went through an unfortunate power outage during our say and the staff absolutely was on top of keeping us up to date on what was going on as well as making sure we had what we needed. I absolutely would stay at this hotel again! I LOVED my stay here.

Overnight parking fee is a complete rip off. No one else would park there. There are bo other businesses nearby. I parked in a handicap space which was nothing special. It is not even indoors.

Overall the hotel was great. Nice room, comfortable bed. The only problem was the bartender on duty 12/25. Zero personality, not a pleasant experience. Hire someone with a personality or at least pleasant. I would have had another drink but he was so unpleasant.

the pool was closed, we tried to go at 8 pm and it was closed when it is supposed to close at 10 pm, we tried going down to the bar at 10:30pm and they closed it down refusing to take our drink order even tho theyre supposed to close at 11pm, we woke up in the morning and went down at 10am to grab a spot of food and breakfast had closed down completely even tho they close at 11am. furthermore the wifi in the rooms television wasnt working and nobody ever came back to check if they could fix it when they said wait 20 minutes and never came back.

The parking fee at $17 per night comes a a bit steep considering the neighborhood has plenty of street parking. And they just slap the fee on it. Got to read the fine prints when booking about parking I guess.

We have stayed here often as my husband has been going through cancer treatment at Dana farber near by. Short drive to there. Quiet room. Places to eat in the area/shopping. Highly recommend. Staff always friendly
