The hotel is understaffed. When we requested an extra blanket we had to wait a long time, told that there was only one person and had other tasks. There was no breakfast buffet in the morning and only one person taking orders for food who would disappear for long periods. no coffee or even water available.

Great room, exactly as described. The VIP room has snacks and drinks available all day as well as couches, chairs, and 2 big TVs. The pool is heated which is great seeing how ita freezing here. Staff is super friendly and professional. Its been a great stay.

It's not the newest hotel, few spots look old, but overall the room felt clean, the sheets smelled nice, the bathroom was tidy and fresh. We really liked the pool and the restaurant/bar. People were friendly. The only downside is paid and somewhat inconvenient parking.
