Bed and pillows are very very very uncomfortable. The beds are very very hard and uncomfortable. Also the pool being closed was very disappointing. Needs to be fixed. Wouldn't stay there ever again. Not worth the money. Very disappointed.

I was very surprised that there was no microwave in the room. The pool was closed. You have to wonder why the rooms are so expensive? You don't even get the minimum of what I consider to be the basics in a hotel room. nothing special.

The people at the bar were so loud well after 1:00 am, I had to call down and ask that they quiet down. The coffee pot in the room was broken and the Starbucks espresso machine was also broken in the hotel. Our second day our room was not cleaned and we didn’t get towels until after 8pm. The pool was closed too. These may seem like first world problems to some however, when you pay for services you should receive them or at least be made aware prior. Had I known I would have stayed elsewhere.

Def worth a stay
Walked in to the room being 83 degrees. It took until 7am for the temp to get to 70. Management was aware and offered to assist if it didn’t correct itself, but; it wasn’t a make or break it. Front desk clerk were supwr friendly, and had awesome sense of humor. Place is super clean and doesnt smell of smoke or musty at all. Loved that when checking in they made mention of a “kid thing” going on and offered to move our initial online reservation to a different floor. That in my opinion is an A+ front desk clerk.

The bathroom in my room was dirty there were hairs all over bathroom floor. A hockey tournament with tons of unsupervised kids running screaming and banging into walls til late night. Hotel security called several times with others that were staying
