The suite is great, but I wish there were a less expensive option for just a room as it's only me staying for a night's sleep. Breakfast presents very nicely, but the quality of the food is not good. I'm sure many don't care as it's "free" but it's just low quality food.

We reached out over 3 weeks before a booking to either reschedule or cancel in order to better accommodate our customer. The woman who answered the phone sounded confused and annoyed that someone could ever want to do that and said we would have to go through our booking site. When we did go through our booking site, all they did was reach out to the hotel on our behalf. Then the hospital took nearly 2 full days to finally respond with the sentiment “No, we’ll be keeping your money whether you show up or not.” I will travel to the Boston area for about a week each year, and I will never consider this hotel again.

Professional, friendly, helpful staff, especially Zorica, the breakfast hostess. Comfortable bed, the sofa not so much. We had a few minor issues in the room that were resolved quickly. AC was very loud, but we were certainly glad to have it with 90+ degree temperatures! The proximity to Legacy Place, with lots of shops/restaurants (including a Whole Foods) within walking distance is definitely a plus! There’s also a Costco nearby. This was our 2nd extended stay at this property and we would recommend it to others.

Outdoor space at property was not good but plenty of parks and areas in short driving distance. Room was good, bed comfy, breakfast not terrific but supportive for 5 night stay. Location fabulous for getting in and out of city and nice supermarket, shopping, eating in walking distance.

The staff were not very welcoming and the room was tired and needed updating. It also had an unpleasant odor and stains on the sofa. But the room set up is nice and the location is good
