Terrible. We were given key cards to FOUR different rooms at 11pm at night after checking in, each room had a sleeping guest in it!!! It was Awful. There were 5 drunk adults, one female who urinated herself in the elevator and covered the floor. My husband got so angry we left. Expedia refunded my money but the hotel was beyond awful.

They need to try a little harder!
Our stay was ok, the women at the front desk could of been a little happier, it seemed like she didn't want to be there. Also the room needs a black out shade or curtains, the pull down shade that was there didn't block out any light. When ready to go to sleep all the outside light came through the shade and the room wasn't even dark even with all the lights turned off. Also the next day at breakfast which was good, but they had no napkins for any of the guests eating there. We asked the woman working there and she just said they didn't have any the order didn't come in yet. So that's pretty bad. They couldn't send someone to the store to pick up napkins for the guest eating breakfast.

The hotel was nice for a two night stay, it has some areas of opportunities to pay attention to like on the four floor going into the room the carpet is tear and anyone could fall specially a 84 years old man like my father. I spoke to the manager to have our room clean and to replace the iron which was not working. When call the front desk they said that the Manager had told them to tell us that they had no time to clean it. I asked for towels which they gave us. Breakfast was good with a good selection. I will explore another hotel next time but if anything yes I would stay again. By the way the morning manager was working very hard during breakfast time I gave him a compliment but he fail to clean the room. I think that he needs more employees when it gets that busy. (Saint Patrick's weekend)

The employees were attentive and helpful but over a 4 day stay there was never coffee in the lobby after 2:00pm and the carpet looked soiled throughout. Windows and brass in the elevators weren’t clean. The location of this hotel is convenient for me when I travel to Boston so I probably will be staying there in the future despite these issues. I love The Hampton Inn chain and wish this particular one would shape up a bit.
