We checked in at 10pm just to realize our room wasn’t cleaned. We went through three rooms before settling on the third room. All three rooms were filthy. Location was the only positive for this hotel. Aside from Sam the front desk attendant who was apologetic.

For the housekeeping staff: if checkout time is 11 am and you arrived at 3 am the same morning… the night time staff said it was okay to check out a a little late. 11:05 am is not going that far over the time for rooms to get cleaned but the rudeness of housekeeping staff to nock on your door and state” you know check out is @11!” I explained above circumstances ( and a 22 hour continuous drive to get to this destination), I didn’t need to be rushed out and with 2 service dogs in tow! I’ve stayed at another home 2suites for 2 weeks in another state and it was a completely different experience.
