They do not clean your room or change your towels! When I asked why, the person at the desk told me they only do this on Mondays and Wednesdays (this was Sunday evening). Went out all day Monday, and when we returned - same story. I searched for someone at the desk (they are never at the desk) and was told by this other person that they only do the rooms every 5 days — what the heck!!
Property felt rundown the ceiling in the bathroom was discoloured and failing apart. The room needed to be vacuumed cobwebs in the corners and 1 of the bed frames was broken felt like i was sleeping downhill.

There were blood stains on the second bed in the hotel. The people next door were having sex that could be heard from sown the hall at the ice machine for 5 hours. And the grab and go breakfast was disappointing.
The hotel was immaculate. Our room was beautiful and spacious and our bed was so comfy. Huge TV, fridge, microwave. Spacious, up-to-date bathroom with a great shower/shower head. Friendly, attentive staff. Fast, free WiFi. And grab n' go breakfast was clutch.
Breakfast ended before check out. Staff at night wasn’t wearing mask.

Everything! I am always very unsure when booking a hotel room but should I ever need to get a room in Stoughton, Ma again it will definitely be the Hampton Inn. The stay was very pleasant.
Very clean and welcoming staff. This hotel has lots to offer, gym, pool, breakfast and convenient stores near as well as snacks offered for purchase in the lobby. Convenient all around. Would stay here again in the future.

We appreciate your feedback. We take your concerns seriously. We apologize for the miscommunication as we recently switched the house keeping routine. House keeping is now every 5 days. Full Service cleaning can be requested the night before. It can be requested daily or as needed. In between feel feel to stop by the front desk for any other small items you may need for your stay.
