The sofa bed in the room was not comfortable. The sheets were not there when we checked-in. We asked for it and dor more towels and pillows because we were 4 in the bed. When we came back 4 hours later, it was not done wet.

We stayed there for 3 nights and there were several maintenance issues. The shower wouldn't turn off all the way and trickled the whole time. The plug-ins on the lamp were broken so I had to pullout the night stand, unplug the alarm clock and use my one power strip that I bring just in case. They didn't clean or even empty the garbage the whole time. We had to go to the desk and get new towels each day. The breakfast the first day was not great either. The waffle time was broken, the eggs and sausage were dried out and it was early so probably reheated from previous day. The second day the place was trashed and we just went to Dunkin.
