Everything was nice, the food was good and everyone was very helpful. I stay here very often. Good job!

I booked and paid for a king, when I got there I was only given 2 doubles and was told that all kings were sold out and they don’t have to honor anything because it wasn’t from their site and for through Orbitz. The next day they gave me the only king that was available and it was the handicapped room so I had to sit down to take a shower. Then I noticed small ants all over the bathroom floor. Will never stay there again.

Loved the pool and hot tub! The proximity to Boston is good as long as you are not traveling at rush hour and like crowded highways.

The place is impeccably clean! The breakfast is getting a little sketchy- the eggs look weird and the mixed fresh fruit is never fresh. The muffins are always very good

Stay at this hotel whenever I go to visit family. Convenient location, very comfortable rooms. Included breakfast has great selection.

I am a wheelchair bound woman and the "handicap accessible room" was awful! The room was at the very end of the hallway, so I had to wheel myself - on carpet, which is difficult in and by itself - all the way to the end of a long hall. The door to the room was so heavy that I had to call for help to open it, bec I could not hold the door and wheel my chair in at the same time. I couldnt shower bec I could not get in the TUB (no roll in shower), with no sliding chair to help. There was a conference table in the hallway and my wheelchair couldnt fit. The receptionist just looked at me and said "Oh, I'm sorry" but did not move a finger to help me move the table so I could go thru - another guest moved the table for me. When I requested late check-out, they rudely stated that I could have 30 minutes more... Overall, staff not helpful or friendly. Thanks

We were very happy with are stay. Everyone was very nice to us great service.

Though the hotel was being renovated, the hotel and rooms were the cleanest I have been to, especially in that area. They are also the most comfortable beds and I actually got a great nights' sleep consider are strange bed! I may even call and ask them for their mattress and linen details so I can outfit my home bedroom with the same. It really was a great night of comfort. Also, for the area the hotel was quiet at night. Some of the other surrounding hotels have frequent people running up and down the halls and are very noisy. As long as the price is reasonably priced, I will be trying to stay here than the other places.
