The staff was great. The attendant at Breakfast was fantastic and constantly helping patrons. Great service at the Adams bar. The only issue was the boxspring which was visible was filthy and the mattress was awful

The stupid Hotel Front Desk Manager canceled my reservation and ruined my vacation. I came to the hotel and was informed that my reservation was canceled. I was shocked! The Hotel Front Manager said I had double-booked and she would fix it for me. Nope, she canceled my entire booking. I had to find a room in the middle of the night, across town, and pay more than twice for a room. The dumbest person to be in the guest services.

First issue: The front desk clerk told us she would give us an upgrade and wanted to help us out. The room she gave had a huge bug—a large four-inch cricket jumping everywhere. If it were roaches, I would be outta there. Second issue: She claimed that we had made our reservations improperly, that I had booked twice—once for four days in a row and a second time for just one day. I thought this was impossible, but she assured me that I had. I needed two days, Wednesday and Saturday. So she said she would fix it for us, but canceled our entire reservation. We arrived at a sold-out hotel. I had to book across town and paid more than double. I’m so mad. And her co-workers tried to cover for her and claim they’re unable to cancel Expedia reservations. Well, she did and gave me a membership to the Best Western Hotel. I will never go again.
