Nice staff, clean space, spacious parking

I am very disappointed in the staff at this property. I left a few important items in my room. Noticed very soon after leaving. Called several times and no one would answer the phone. Finally reached someone about mid day and they took all my info for a call back. By about 6:30 pm I had not heard back, so called again. A new lady took my info once again and stated that usually when items are left housekeeping brings them right to them and nothing had been turned in. I am now a full day after check out and have heard no word back. I really hope someone is reprimanded for taking my items and not turning them in. After paying so much at this property, ($437.50 at dinner and $309.00 for one nights stay) I would expect at least a call back on this!

Nice hotel; nicely decorated, friendly staff....superior to other “Expresses”....I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Hotel was well located near the station into the city , good parking facility and good breakfast. Staff were helpful but the best thing was that the hotel only opened a few months ago so all the rooms were still nice. Bathrooms were still clean with no signs of wear and tear. We struck lucky picking this hotel !

Very good service very clean and new. One complaint music in workout room would have liked to beable to turn off. Not a big deal. .

The rooms and particularly the beds are very comfortable. Nice common space.

Liked everything about the property. The room, the service, staff, breakfast buffet, laundry facilities, and the lounge. Too bad they don’t offer lunch and dinner.

Great place to stay, but our shower didn’t work several times out of the two days. It would literally turn off to a drop of water. I was soapy and could not rinse and this happened both times I showered. Other than that this was a very nice hotel.

The room was fantastic. When we arrived, there was no bedding, so the manager upgraded us to a suite. Unfortunately, the suite was located next to some major construction, so we were woken before 6 A.M. every morning. On the final day, the fire alarm went off in the morning, which was another drawback. Until construction is finished, I would not stay again.
