They nickled and dimed me for internet connection, parking, saying that the third party doesn't charge these things so they have to and I did not get any free breakfast. No hot tub or sauna either. The concierge made a point of saying "somebody has to pay for the internet!" I didn't say anything to get that response and found his demeanor a bit over the top, perfunctory as if he deals with a lot of people that are below his paygrade which I thought was funny considering his position. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Rooms are fine, water in hotel felt slimy as if I couldn't wash it off. Clean throughout. Everyone was nice. Walls are paper thin though. I could hear the people next door talking.

This hotel’s front desk staff seems to have a culture of misleading their guests. I reserved a king room, but at check in they gave me a queen room without telling me about the switch. When I got to the room, I called the front desk to ask about the mistake, and they said they had no king rooms. After pushing a bit more, they found a king room, but only with a lot of complaining from the agent about having to do the work of finding it. Then I got to that room and found the heat didn’t work and the shower hadn’t been cleaned. At that point I gave up. Marriotts used to be better quality than Courtyards, but the quality of the rooms in this hotel were not. Also, when I booked my room I upgraded to the concierge level for access to the lounge, but it was not worth the cost. The opening hours were limited, the drinks were overpriced and the food was sparse and lower quality than the restaurant. Overall, it seems Marriott is not what it used to be, and I’ll be avoiding it when I can based on my experiences with them over the past couple years.

This location was safe, clean, and accommodating. Staff was friendly and ready to help. I do wish parking was included in your stay, it was an extra $20 a night. A little disappointing with the already high nightly rates.

The check in process was seemless with friendly staff. Shuttle to T station drivers were friendly and timely. Breakfast was disappointing but dinner at the restaurant was great!

Room was perfect. My only light complaint...shower very confusing to operate. The water was too cold or very hot. Had to keep turning on and off to somewhat regulate the water temp. Just never got to enjoy a good warm shower.

All good but small glitches

The only complaint we had about our overnight at the Marriott was that there was only 1 coffee cup, 1 face cloth, and 1 hand towel. Otherwise , it was very clean , comfortable, and pleasant.
