Beautiful hotel and a 4 min drive to the train.

I didn't like that the shuttle wasn't available til 4pm in 93 degree humid weather (sat. And sunday in Boston) it would've been great to take to the shuttle to the train station instead of walking 15-20 minutes. No wonder they have check in at 4pm. Sucks if you have an early morning flight because there's no shuttle to the station at least.

Overall it was an excellent stay. The only thing that did not work for me was that I found a rip in the bed sheet where I slept.

Due to Covid restrictions, Fitness center was closed most of the time and dining options were very limited.

They put me the first night in a room with the toilet running all night, and charged me for parking, when I didn’t have a car and told them that... changed my room due to toilet and then they didn’t clean that day.

Everything was fine but just a little late regarding the home service. They really slow when you call and ask for something.

It was had a nice view nice location not too bad with the surroundings.

Very nice hotel, great for business travel. Lobby is aesthetically pleasing.

Good , breakfast was a mess. Had to wait online for 20 minutes. Need to open up lounge for breakfast.

Visiting family and sightseeing around the city together

All staff were accommodating and efficient. I was with a large group staying for a wedding in the area. We enjoyed the lobby and restaurant various times to visit and gather as a group. Every request was addressed with courtesy and hospitality.

We went to a wake and funeral and thought it was a great idea to stay in Quincy as opposed to drive home and then back. We have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed every minute of it. It was full due to a power failure caused by the Nor'easter so we were lucky to get the room we did and it was a great one. The bar/restaurant was very busy and the staff did a great job taking care of more guests than expected. This is a great hotel. Just outside of Boston proper but a world away in value.

Nice hotel, needs newer and professional employees

Staff extremely accomodating. When i asked to be moved from a floor with many young noisy wedding guests they moved me to a special "quiet" floor. Very appreciated.
