I stayed 4 nights with my spouse. Staff was great. Very easy check in and they offered us water. They were super helpful throughout our stay, giving us a toothbrush. The room was nice. I liked the little sofa area and blackout curtains. Everything seemed really clean, except the lobby trash overflowed a couple of times. I was supposed to get housekeeping on day 2 and they never came. Day 3 i talked to reception to ensure we got housekeeping that day, but again, nothing. We made due, got towels and TP for ourselves. Breakfast was good and well attended. I liked the 24/7 coffee in the lobby. Overall good stay. The location is wonderful, a short walk to several food options, convenience store, and mall across the street. Easy freeway access and easy parking.

This hotel should not have the Hyatt name. The front desk staff is one person. Having coffee available 24 hours sounds great but the area was filled with little bugs flying around. When I told front desk the lady just came over and whoosh them away but immediately came back. The space was obviously not cleaned and I didn’t see her call anyone to clean while I was there watching tv. If you come here because it carries the Hyatt name, expect motel standards.

Great location next to excellent restaurants and the South Shore Shopping Mall. The hotel was clean, offered a good breakfast, and had courteous staff. It was a bit pricey though — I paid $300 for one night.
