This hotel should not have the Hyatt name. The front desk staff is one person. Having coffee available 24 hours sounds great but the area was filled with little bugs flying around. When I told front desk the lady just came over and whoosh them away but immediately came back. The space was obviously not cleaned and I didn’t see her call anyone to clean while I was there watching tv. If you come here because it carries the Hyatt name, expect motel standards.

Generally it was a good experience, except that the first morning I had to take a cold shower! The explanation was that a lot of people were checking out. I was told a note was made to discount my rate for that day, but I never heard anything from the staff.
