My Husband and I stayed at the Archer hotel from 7/6 to 7/10/2020. We were travelling from Virginia, celebrating our anniversary, and this year we wanted to stay somewhere nice, and pamper ourselves a little bit. We decided on the Archer hotel based on all the glowing reviews about the customer service, the pictures of how beautiful the hotel and its rooms are, and the fact that it also had a 24/7 fitness room (requirement for anywhere my husband stays) and a pool (requirement for me). This hotel seemed to fill every single need of ours, despite the fact that it wasn't in either of the towns that we came to visit, but we figured a little extra driving, for quality, is worth it! However, we were severely disappointed. The hotel IS beautiful, and the rooms are very nice looking. The shower was fantastic! Also, the place is very well lit, and VERY secure. But unfortunately, that is where all of the positives end. The first disappointment came when I learned that all of the amenities that we specifically looked for when booking our hotel, were completely unavailable for use, despite STILL at this moment being advertised as features for the hotel. We only learned about this when I asked about them AFTER checking in, and having a hold for our whole stay(plus deposit) put on our money. Which had I known that those things were not available there, we would have stayed somewhere else and saved ourselves the extra driving, time and money. To me, advertising services that aren't availab

Wonderful all around. Staff, room, quiet a/c, amenities. All great. No complaints.

Very comfortable beds.. cool atmosphere. Great location. Try the chips at the bar

I absolutely loved my staff here. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was beautiful too. I will be back!

I like that it is far away from the city and it sits by itself with a few areas of food. I also enjoyed how friendly the staff is and how quickly they are available to me.

Everything was amazing! Great service and delicious food!

Lovely. The staff was excellent. The property was stunning.

Great location and hotel - like the proximity to the shops and quiteness

Clean, friendly staff, nice bar and restaurant. Walls are a bit thin, but I didn’t find it a problem.

The motel room was immaculate! The beds and pillows were very comfortable!

Brand new hotel, great location, clean and comfortable room, breakfast for 10 bucks was great, safe and secure need room key to go to the room floors, would definitely stay there again, wish all hotel's were like this

Good clean hotel. Could add a small coffee shop. Quiet and comfortable room. Nice spacious bathroom.

We came for a graduation in Boston, but hated to leave Burlington. The hotel was wonderful and close to all the new restaurants in Burlington. Most of the time we didn't even need our car. Highly recommend the bakery up the street and Bancroft is really good.
