Bad

smelled like cigarettes and cleanliness was a 2 out of 10

Nice staff, but people smoke right next to the entrance- stinks!

Clean and geeat parking garage

This could be a revitalized grand retro hotel in the grandest tradition but sadly its a dump. I know it was used as a homeless shelter years ago but should have been upgraded by now under new owners. It's pretty apparent that they're just raking in as much dollars as they can like a slumlord. Building is heavily in need of a renovation from top to bottom. Hardly anything works as it should. From building guest facilities to room functions. Nothing works. It's so sad such an historic old hotel is in such disrepair in the middle of a lovely town

Good value for the

Room was disgusting. Employees were rude. Sink wouldn’t drain, asked them to fix it upon check in Friday evening and it still wasn’t fixed or even looked at by the time we checked out Sunday. Overall, bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

Its a unique piece of property . the underground parking garage was very convenient the room was was tidy and came with a mic and fridge and plenty of cable channels . the property could use a face lift and some remodeling . the windows were grimy. There were random artifacts stored in plain site in various areas of the building including the garage . but it was reasonably priced abd laid back

Old and do for a redo. Rooms are supposed to be non smoking and it smelled like a wet cigar!!

Indoor pool good breakfast nice rooms Nice beds Good locational

Clean, quiet, well located, easy parking, a little run down but good value for money.

I am very pleased when everything is clean and the mattress is decent and the bathroom has stocked towels, etc. VERY reasonable price compared to all neighboring community hotels - worth the price and drive to be in a neighboring town and not exactly where I was visiting. Also very glad to be right near a Whole Foods and a gas station. Cheers! Will be back.

Good price makes it acceptable property eve though it needs an upgrade

I did not even check in. I walked into the hotel, looked at the conditions and left

The hotel was nice and roomy. If you have a vehicle, it is a good place to stay for the price.

The hotel was average. We liked it. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was nice.

It was close to the college for our seminars. Staff was really nice. The shower spary was very hard. Need to change and put different ones in.
