The guy working the front desk this morning was under the impression that I work there. I asked him for something and he told me to “get it yourself”. I explained that I was traveling with with my disabled husband and really needed a luggage cart. He said I would have to go floor to floor looking for one, and if I still didn’t find one, I should start knocking on every room until I found one. This was at 7am, he was doing nothing but looking at his cell phone.

Previous guest’s panamas and dirty bath towels were left in the room when we checked in. Also, the carpet around A/C unit was wet, probably related to condensation leak. Would not stay here again.
