Vike/Victoria/Tori which ever name she gives you should be fired. Very disrespectful rude young girl with an attitude problem. Do not book here your stay booked thru a 3rd party is not guaranteed & whether you paid for reservation in advance or not they will book your room to someone else. She even sang it to me and repeated it as I walked out the door. Again she should be fired. Which happened to me thanksgiving night. I even called at 3pm in regards to my check in that day and advised I would be driving in & check in late. She said no problem until I got there. Despite speaking with management they could not provide me the 2 bed room I reserved considering my daughter and myself have severe pain and spinal injuries. Sleeping on a sofa bed isn’t what I reserved. Any how despite the poor experience with Hampton Inn Woburn, Orbitz customer service was fantastic. They found us a room at Hilton Matador just down the road and William at front desk was very kind and sympathetic to our circumstances. At no extra cost we were also provided buffet breakfast for our 3 night stay at their Matador tapas restaurant and gave us a balcony room. Hotel was beautiful and staff was kind. I definitely, will never stay at Hampton Inn again, but Hilton Matadora I will return to!

Very modern and clean hotel, convenient location and comfortable bed. Two problems that are COVID related, but could be handled much better. First is breakfast- on Monday by 9am there was absolutely no food left. The receptionist said “we got cleaned out”. Knowing how many guests will be staying the hotel, you should be be able to order an appropriate amount of food to last through the breakfast! Also, there was 1 person working the reception desk and breakfast area, so on a day that they still had some food (yogurt, bagels and jimmy dean frozen patties) she did not have time to restock the area and you had to wait for every item. Another issue is cleaning the rooms. If you don’t offer daily housekeeping, please provide guests with bags for trash and towels. Guests were just leaving dirty towels and linens on the carpet in the hallways- not a pleasant site.

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had—for such a great price! Every amenity was carefully thought out. My husband who loves the gym said that this hotel had the best gym he’s ever been to, complete with a Peloton bike and complimentary headphones. The pool was very nice, we wish they had a hot tub but the pool made up for it (it is a saltwater pool so no chlorine as an added bonus!). The room was phenomenal: comfy bed, remote controlled blackout blinds, spacious bathroom, plenty of built-in USB ports in convenient locations and very nice decor. Complimentary breakfast was excellent as were the staff who helped us. Overall, no complaints and we would highly recommend—this is our new go-to Boston area hotel!

Being a brand new hotel, the property was very clean, well manicured, and modern. The staff was very friendly and overall no complaints!

The facility was less than a month old and was very impressive. The rooms were well appointed with several details not usually seen in this level of property.
