This hotel was so nice. Room was very clean and modern. The breakfast was probably the nicest I’ve had at a hotel. I would recommend this to anyone!

The room was good, pillows amazing- the shower had no shampoo, the ceiling was peeling from a possible water damage repair. The curtain on one of the windows was broken (the privacy screen). Otherwise check in and check out was good.

Says service every other day but they never entered the room so trash wasn’t collected, we ran out of TP and no towels. The door was broken along with a shelf in our room. I think 1 out of 3 elevators was in operation which made check out impossible. No luggage carts when checking out for over a hour and front desk wouldn’t help us recover any. This is not a huge property where it would only take a minute to find a luggage cart.
