Great staff and beautiful hotel

This property is filthy. The rooms are so dirty. My room, which was upgraded to a suite, there were stains on doors of bathroom, closets, finger print smudge on windows. Linens, bed and bathroom were clean and I wiped down the room as I do so I could manage. The fitness center has poor ventilation and the cleaning wipe station stayed empty…at one point I had to go to the front desk and ask for wipes. It’s clear there is a labor shortage in cleaning staff cause the lack of deep cleaning is evident. There was even large paint chipping from exterior. Lesson learned to pay closer attention to hotel star because I would definitely classify this as 2.

Our room was in terrible condition, holes in the upholstery, curtains ripped and stains on the carpet. The rooms needed a deep clean. The location of the hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful.

I loved the pool & hot tub. I also liked that for breakfast you could have a omelet made your way for free along with all the other options that were there. I didnt like the fact that we had to pay $15 for parking in a parking lot connected to the hotel, it didnt make sense. Overall, the stay was great & convenient.

We enjoyed the breakfasts and the pool and jacuzzi!

The bath tub had pubic hairs on the back of it and I was very surprised that we had to pay for parking ????

No blankets or pillows for second bed. Room smelled like spoiled milk had to change room hot water for shower was barely hot

No towels, no was cloths, no soap bathtub was clogged and filling up with water as you were getting washed. I had to bend a hanger and pull the hair out of the drain. Room right next to elevator noise all night long and was then woken up at 6:55 by house cleaning wanting to clean the room. No bottle water in the room and charge $2 for a small bottle at the check in office area.

The lady was so welcoming. Welcome us with a nice smile ,and help us with our needs.

Rooms were clean. Rooms poorly stocked. My reserved two bed suite was given away.

Property and room was fine. A $7.50 charge for parking? Seriously?
