The microwave didn’t work (called several times to have it looked at). Toilet kept overflowing, the tub wouldn’t drain the water so as you’re showering the tub would fill up. Called to get the fixed, the finally fixed it the night before check out.

Hotel is at least 15-20 minutes walking from the subway. Lots of traffic surrounding hotel. Pizza Days is listed as a nearby restaurant. I ordered online for pickup, but when we walked to the store only 5 minutes away, it was closed. It should be removed from the list.

It is broadly convenient and staff is generally friendly. Yet, rooms are a bit dated and the air conditioning equip seems quite dated so that it was very noisy which was bothersome at night. We visited to commute to downtown for sightseeting everyday. it took one day to get the hang of traffic. not hard but it takes some effort initially to get to the city. Breakfast was good and the breakfast room is roomy. WiFi is of decent speed and the Mexican restaurant next door is a nice option to have.

We stayed at this location for 2 days; coming in and going out. 1st day was good; 2nd day they put us in a handicapped room where the shower was hard to maneuver. And the restaurant was closed for maintenance on the day we checked out. With no notice!
