We booked for one night and didn’t need anything fancy was looking for a clean and quiet place to sleep. Our room was in the BASEMENT it was so LOUD like sleeping at a car race track! Our room faced the road all night long cars and trucks were zooming by with traffic noises.

Say something positive: the staff was nice, both at reception and the shuttle drivers for the airport service. Otherwise the pictures are deceptive! The place is not very clean, there were stains on the linens, dust everywhere and the floor was sticky. The building is wedged between a residential neighborhood and the extremely busy and noisy road. Eye masks, earplugs and tolerance for subpar conditions are in order if booking here. I will spend more money next time and get a cleaner room that also reflects truth in advertising.

I called a month prior to reserve extended parking was told by a women i didnt need to they dont fill up and ill be fine, got there and was told i cannot as they are full. Plans had to be changed last minute for parking my car which then included ubers i didnt plan on. The hotel itself was okay, bed wasnt very comfy and very small shower. Probably wouldnt stay again. Staff did help switch us to a new room when our original room the tv didnt work but other than that was unhelpful with other issues.

Mentioning this because none of the other reviews did, and I wish we had known how terribly noisy this location is. Rooms are clean and shuttle works fine, but we didn't get any sleep because of the loud road and truck noises right outside our window all night. The room rates are too expensive for such a noisy place.

Not bad you get what you pay for I generally have no complaints other than a female staff member BANGING at my door in the morning when I had a late check then had another gentleman comes knocking again with the same exact question but he was very respectful at least he didn’t bang just need to fix the communication between associates

There’s an unexpected $15 hotel feel that puts a $35 hold on your card. At least that’s what I was told, it’s still in the processing phase so I’m unable to see if it corrected yet. I’ll be disputing the charge if it doesn’t. I still think $15 is a lot of money on top of the cost of the hotel especially when you weren’t expecting it.
