Shuttle not available. It had ceased service for the night. A huge disappointment since when I made the reservation I was told there would be shuttle service. It was critical to my making the reservation with Rodeway.
That there was no elevator was huge problem. I’m 82 y.o. and it was very difficult for me to manage walking up to the reservation desk and then down to my room and more ups and downs in the morning to get shuttle in the morning.
Room was basic and barren. No ambience. Crowded furniture and nothing on walls.
2 staff, Victoria and Jeremiah, were very good. When asked, Jeremiah helped me with my baggage in the morning. They are to be thanked for their kind service. As is the shuttle driver.
