Rodeway Inn Logan International Airport

The accommodations were very clean and very nice. But it was right on the main road, and the road noise was loud. It seemed too expensive for the shortcomings.

I drive into Boston to visit my husband who was there on military orders. I rented this room outside of downtown for the price (a fraction) and the staff was friendly, room was clean and well put together. A little small but worked fine for us. Newly renovated into a modern stylish room. Linens were cozy and clean. I would recommend this hotel if you don't want to pay downtown prices. But if your planning to uber it downtown it can be spendy to go back and forth.

The only reason i gave it is a 3 is because the website doesn't let us know it is not handicap accessable. My 98 yr old mom had to walk up and down the stairs to get to her room. No elevator. No fun lugging luggage up and down too. This should have been disclosed. A little far from the airport though. HOWEVER, The rooms were recently redone with very tasteful, comfortable furniture and bedding. The staff were great and the shuttle was on time.

It was adequate under the conditions that I mentioned above for a one night stay.

I hadn't realized this was a non-refundable reservation; so I was not pleased to start. But the hotel was in terrible physical condition (the lock on the door wouldn't have kept out a small child), and the staff were totally bored and checked out. The wake-up call did not happen, there were no cups for the alleged coffee, and though I asked for and needed very little my expectations were not met. Finally, the shuttle to the airport--running only once/hour--was ridiculous. This is NOT an airport hotel. It's in Revere and makes NO effort to make the stay positive in any way.

If you need a cheap place to crash near the airport, maybe this will do. A decent room and a good shuttle service. But there's not much else to recommend this joint.

I stayed here with a few friends on the Boston Marathon weekend which meant most of the decent hotels were crazy expensive. We opted for this room because it was the only reasonably priced hotel available with access to a T line. The room and the entire building look very old and outdated. There are not enough parking spaces for all of their residents so I had to park on the street a few times. This was made worse by the fact that the hotel is located in a sketchy neighborhood. The worst part is how loud the room was. We could hear our neighboring guests and any traffic outside which lead to some very low sleep quality.

The room was very nice and clean! Desk clerk helped me out with phone charger, which I had forgot to bring and shuttle driver gave me tips on how to get around and sight see in one afternoon in Boston. Nice stay!

This motel is old and therefore does not have an elevator to the upper level rooms. The hotel staff are very accommodating and will help with luggage, if needed. It wouldn't be a good choice for any handicapped person, as all rooms (even the hotel desk) are located after taking a flight of stairs. The room was fairly clean and the bed very comfortable.

When I stayed at this hotel, renovations meant that you could hear the cars on the road just outside the room through the air conditioner vent. The resulting noise made it considerably more difficult to fall asleep. The hotel staff were unable to help me at all.

This hotel advertises it to be nonsmoking. However, our 1st floor room and hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. We could smell cigarette smoke rising from the basement level and complained to the receptionist as we have allergies. She mentioned that people were probably smoking outside the building near our window. We checked and that was not the case. The strong, permeated cigarette smoke odor in our room and hallway could only be explained by recent and past smoking activity. We asked to have our room changed but were told there was no availability. Also, the ground floor traffic noise was very loud and the noises from adjoining guest rooms was very noisy. A friend on the top floor complained that her room smelled of smoke and was very noisy too. Although our beds and bathroom were clean the furniture, lamps, etc. were covered in a layer of dust...furniture was shabby with damage and drawer pull hanging. Obviously, we will never book this hotel in the future.

The staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. The bed was very comfortable but no frills by any means. Great place if you need a cheap place to stay after a long flight.

Would not go there ever again. Rooms smelled of human excretion

The price is one of the more affordable. They don't come pick you up at the airport unless you call them first. They gave us only a large bed when we had told us it was three of us, me and my two daughters. They assigned us a room which they then reassigned to someone else only one minute later. The hotel was pretty noisy at night, people talking very loudly and watching TV very loudly. Fortunately the shuttle ride to the airport went without a hitch, at 6:00 am.

No frills hotel. Very conveniently located vis-a-vis Logan airport. It is definitely not the nicest area around Boston boy it's not too bad. I was surprised by the quality of the room given the low price. And staff service was great.

This place is not worth your money. The bathroom sucked defendant work the sink was garbage. The room itself was pretty cramped for three people.

Staff very helpful giving dinner suggestions. After driving all day and taking the rental car back, there was no way we were going to venture out on foot. The shuttle service was the main reason we chose this Motel...I'm sure we would have missed our plane had we relied on my driving to the airport at 6am!!

Stayed there one night to catch a flight early next morning. It's fairly close to the airport. The shuttles are very convinient. The hotel on the side of a highway, so it's not very quiet at night. People are friendly, and the service is decent. Considering its price, I'd recommend it.

I received prompt shuttle service when I notified the hotel I had arrived. However, after checking into the room I found the room to be very dirty. There was dust and hair on multiple surfaces in the bathroom, a large glob of toothpaste on the wall and when I turned the air conditioner on there was about a 1/4 inch high layer of dust on each of the vents. I notified the desk clerk and she said she was going to send someone. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to take a shower and no one came. I finally called the front desk, told her I could not wait any further and was going to bed. I proceeded to wet my t shirt and apply liquid soap and clean the bathroom myself before using it. I showed the dirty shirt I had placed on a plastic bag and showed it at check out the next morning. The clerk called the manager and showed her the shirt. I received an apology and 50 credit for the cost of room.

First- IT'S NOT AT THE AIRPORT!!!! Staff was nice. This hotel tries. But if you can afford more...even $50 more..go for it. The Roadway Inn (on a roadway) is a grueling commute to/from the airport in rush hour. It smelled so bad of bug-killer spray. The shower water barely trickled out. The grate was missing from the bathroom heater. The florescent bathroom light flickered non-stop. It was clean although the decorative strip at the end of the bed was massively stained with who knows what. Location..bad! Smell..bad! Stairs.. no elevator. I was glad our car was still there in the morning. Bit of a rough area. Couldn't wait to get out. Refrigerator and Microwave-good. Bed comfortable. Lots of pillows..Yeah!
