They advertise free airport shuttle. It took me 2 hrs to get from BOS to the hotel with their shuttle. There was a wet rag in the shower in my room when I checked in. Male clerk was friendly and helpful, female clerk was unhelpful and mean on the phone, Both of them had no clue when I would be picked up by shuttle and they gave me false estimations. I ended up frozen.

The shuttle driver was very rude and drove aggressively.

Friendly staff, clean, close to airport. I had to check-out at 4:am for a 6am flight and the receptionist was so friendly even that early in the morning.

Older motel with no restaurants nearby. 10-15 minutes from airport. Free shuttle. Our room was below ground level and musty and noisy. Expensive for what it is but probably that is Boston pricing.

Clerk on duty did not know directions to pickup point causing me a long (unnecessary) walk in freezing cold. Had he advised me to cross street instead of walking around, would have been a quick walk. On duty clerk did not familiarize me with lights, and heat. Took me two trips to have him come and learn how to turn on a very inadequate heating system. Windows were so drafty, heater was unable to warm room for hours Vry noisy

Very noisy on street side per traffic. Staff was very helpful and friendly

Noisy on highway side, sometimes not enough parking, staff was very accommodating, water pressure low.

Two things were disappointing: 1. Wending machine was out of order and because I arrived 2 am, I had no other options to get a soda or juice. 2. I had to call to front desk to get password for WIFI. I think such thing has to come with the key or has to be provided with the room.

The room was clean and fairly comfortable. There was a refrigerator and microwave in each room. I could not recommend it due to the smell of smoke in the first room and then a horrible room freshener smell that kept me awake all night. The rooms are also very close to the road and there is a lot of road noise.

Vending Machines out of water, Hallways smelled like Marijuana, No Parking Spots available when we arrived except in front of dumpster. Long Black Hair found in Bed. No remote for TV and when we asked front desk, they said the housekeepers like to kick the remotes under the bed. Was too scared to look under bed so had to watch infomercials all night. Other than that a great experience...lol! For the price didn't expect any better though so stay was actually fine and something to chuckle about after.

Rooms are decent size and parking is free. Staff was knowledgeable. Only a 20 minutes Uber ride into the city.

The accommodations were very clean and very nice. But it was right on the main road, and the road noise was loud. It seemed too expensive for the shortcomings.
